I had a project a few months back that needed to be printed on thicker paper, but I didn't know what it was called. I did my best to explain the type paper/material I wanted and they understood exactly what I needed. They even did measurements for me - I wanted the photo to look like a photo booth print, just bigger. It came out perfect!

Otto was very quick to reply and easy to work with. He's extremely flexible with timing and was very accommodating to every single detail I asked. When we got the jerseys, we were satisfied with most of them, but I had concerns about a few. Otto agreed to look at them and "fix" them. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways. I was probably being too particular but Otto obliged and helped me to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your screen printing needs.

After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

She asked what I was looking for and gave me information on their minimum order. I explained what I was hoping to do for a golf outing at the end of the month and when I would need them. I know I was pushing it because I arrived at my decision to do this quite late in the game. AnnMarie responded to my information and told me that the workload was such that they could not accommodate my request. She also told me that she even tried to move their schedule to accommodate me but that wasn't possible. Despite their inability to fill my need, I was completely blown away and thoroughly impressed by what AnnMarie did next. She gave me the name of a competitor in Pasadena that she recommended highly. In the future, if I am in need of embroidery or silkscreening, I will make my first call to AnnMarie at Ellen's Silkscreening.

Though I may never really be a designer, seriously, this shop has helped me achieve one of my life's passions. Durability/Quality: I have hundreds of screen-printed and embroidered products produced by All-Around Sports and I can honestly say that after dozens of washes, the screen printing has not yet cracked nor have the threads on the embroidery come loose. In my experience, most store-bought clothing items with screen printing usually crack after a few washes and the thread of the embroidery comes out. It's been 3 years and my shirts look and feel like they just came off of the press. Speed: All-Around Sports has workflow down to a science. Really, regardless of the quantity of products, Art and his staff have always gotten the products to me on time, if not even a bit earlier. I have dropped off 10+ shirts on a Monday and have had them ready by Thursday. Insane turn-around times. Though I now live in San Francisco, I would still rather fly down and get all of my printing and embroidery done at All-Around Sports. I use these guys every week for my night club/special event flyers. I also use them for my business cards (Ask for Josh, quick turn around time and offers a good price for 1,000 business cards the next day $50). -Quality designs -Very competitive pricing -Always on time (their turn around time is incredible) -They make you a priority All in all, I've been coming here for over a year now and I continue to come because they know how to take care of their clients. I had last minute printing order on Wednesday before Thanksgiving when most businesses close early or mentally checked out lol but they were there to help with my order with fast turnaround! There was a small mishap which Van fixed it right away and let me pick it up even when the shop is closed by putting the items in their locker. Van also communicated with me throughout the whole time. Excellent service. I got all my templates from Etsy and wanted some black menu cards printed and everywhere else wanted almost $1+ for "white ink printing" which by the way, is NOT necessary as it can be done through regular printing. I'm not about to spend $1 x 300 guests for menu cards people are going to glance and toss...Studio 7 was able to print on black cardstock and it looked just as good and served it's purpose at a fraction of the price. Also got some 5x7 signage printed on foam board that looked really polished and great with backing to stand up on it's own without having to spend $$$ on those fancy acrylic signs. Definitely check them out and support your local small business.
