Impeccable turnaround time and service from John. He was able to make a brand new sign for us right before the holidays! His communication was great as well, and was incredibly quick to make things happen. It is uncommon in any industry to see such efficiency- a refreshing change.
I can't tell you how much we appreciate SignCrafters for their diligence in the entire process. First and foremost, I called SignCrafters because I was looking for a transformer for our neon lights that we already have and although Johnny didn't have any, he helped me look into some other places that may have it and gave me their information. This is above and beyond service! I knew we had to give him our business for our business signs that we needed. A few weeks after, I reached out to Johnny for our sign quotes and to understand the timing process. He kept us updated the whole time, from going to the city for permitting, permitting approval, installation time frame. We just got our signs installed yesterday and we couldn't be happier with everything! It all looks so amazing!!! We are seriously so happy! Thank you so much Johnny, Joey and Mario! You guys are the best!!!
I originally was going to get my signage done by someone else but those guys went MIA on me. I went and contacted 2 other sign makers but they weren't responsive. I then contacted Sign Crafters and BOOM, got an in person review and quote that day. BAM got a permit for the city done. ZOOM!! Here's the mock up and display quote. It was a great, thorough experience, and I ADORE my signage!! I'd hire again.
Wife and I recently opened up a mail store in Monterey Park, have great windows so decided on the perforated window vinyl signs. Did my homework and found prices online to be more affordable than local shops. My only issue was with the install, would have to do it myself. Videos look easy but don't be fooled. Called Johnny at Sign Crafters, told him my dillema and he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. He even included a round logo sticker for my door. Once I got the artwork to him stopped by the next day to measure and had his crew there 2 days later to install. Couldn't be happier. Crew was friendly and efficient. Took a few hours and the quality is great. These signs are great because you can see out clear as day but a great advertising vehicle for a storefront. Would highly recommend and use again. Expect to pay a bit more than what you will get online, but well worth the install and attention to detail Johnny and his team offer. Plus support a local biz!
Johnny and his team are amazing. They did our sign at my office and they were very professional and punctual. They offered all the services and knowledge in the industry. We got a brushed silver sign with the full-color logo that is halo lit from the back, it is beautiful and it complements my office perfectly. They were exceptional and I would recommend them anytime, I will use them in my future projects for signage and printing! The installation of the sign was quick and easy, of course they even took great care with the electrical portion of the sign, I was very impressed. I will recommend them!!
These guys are AMAZING!! Johnny and his team constructed a beautiful sign and banner for our business. I was so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. On installation day, we couldn't stop smiling! Sign Crafters made our vision a reality! We're so glad we found Sign Crafters and will definitely be using their services again.
Thanks guys for doing a great job on our sign. We highly recommend you to anyone. Great quality on the painting, lighting, and cleanliness of the job
A few years ago Johnny and his team put up my new signs and it was perfect. I recently rebranded with new logo and called Johnny back. Once again, he did an amazing job. It's a family business so his dad came out a few times to measure everything. The whole process was completed so diligently and so professionally. Even while they were installing [in the heat], I could see them smiling/laughing and talking to each other. It's all just so heartwarming. I'm absolutely grateful that they are a part of my journey, expansion, and business. The sign goes a long way. Every time I pull up to my office, it makes me smile to see the new signs up. They also painted the rim of the installation black for me [it was all rusted]. Last time we did two, this time around we did three [2 CITOTs and the Occupational Therapy sign]. I will be reaching out to them to put up signs at my second location soon. You guys are the best!
We recently moved offices and had a need to relocate our reception sign. I contacted Sign Crafters, Inc. using their website. The very next day, I was in touch with Johnny and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The deal was made and an appointment was set for the relocation of the sign. Joey & Mario were very professional, polite and had such attention to detail. If you're not using them, you will regret it. Customer service on point.
Quality work, love my sign they did for me. And installation was quick and easy. 5 star for professionalism. Support these guys, they will give you quality work for a decent price.
These guys are absolutely amazing at what they do! Johnny Estrada provided me with quality work at a better price than pretty much everyone else I had contacted, by a wide margin! His communication was top notch, as he gave me a set date, sent me drafts throughout the process, and had the entire sign for my business installed in less than 2 hours! I would highly recommend these guys for your project and will be referring them to anyone looking for quality work at a fraction of what other places charge. Thanks Johnny and Sign Crafters, I truly appreciate your outstanding work!
If I had word One word to describe Estrada Signs ,it would be : "Proficient". And here's why: I found Estrada Signs, Inc back in June 2014, but put off in contacting them because of the many fears looming in my head of the entire process i.e. cost, duration and time frame, dealing with the city planning, etc. Finally when I was able to overcome these fears because of an upcoming deadline at my company, I picked up the phone and called only to discovered that my fears were just in my head. I talked to Johnny of Estrada Signs and immediately felt a huge sense of relief. He answered all my questions and worked with my company in delivering a final product that far exceeded our expectations. He provided a fast quote for what we were looking for and it was affordable! He helped in bringing an abstract imagination design to something concrete we can visually see on paper. They efficiently handled the city permits , which I am sure, the city's planning dept would have given me a difficult time if I were to have tried to pursue it myself. Communication with Johnny was clear and concise. He kept in contact with me with brief calls and responded to my emails quickly. No time wasted. They were accommodating in last minute changes (which surprised me) too. Distance was not a problem. They are located about an hour away from my office but his dedicated team came out and did all the necessary measurements of our building and was very conscientious in delivering a satisfying final product on the day of installation. Thanks Joey! In final, we can tell they were invested in their craft, prompt and finished the project ahead of planned schedule in a fashionable manner. I discovered that my fears that hindered me from calling them earlier served no purpose, but only to waste my time. New customers are easily noticing us and current customers is loving the upgrade. We here at AMF Tax Services are very satisfied. Thanks Guys! -Harold

Sign Craft Johnny's team installed both our indoor and outdoor signages for our new store, and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. After the installation was completed, they cleaned up the entire site thoroughly and left everything spotless. They are a great team for commercial business owners to work with, especially because they can assist with the city permit application process, which makes everything much easier and more efficient. The price is very competitive! Highly recommend! read more

I love my sign so much! Even though I've owned a small business for 8 years, this was my first experience with this type of project and I was really out of my element. Johnny was easy to work with, responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced. I sent him my logo files, and the specifications, and that was it. He worked with the city to get the permits, and the landlord to get approval, and took care of everything. Highly recommend! Thanks! read more

We're so glad that we went with Sign Crafters. Johnny was professional and great to communicate with from our initial conversation, mockup and up to installation. He always gets back to me no matter what time I emailed or called him. He and his brother Joe was able to re-create our vision/design and the sign came out BEAUTIFUL. We are so pleased with their work. When we get our 2nd store, we will definitely be using them again. If anyone needs storefront sign, I recommend you call Johnny. The Estrada brothers will take good care of you. read more

We opened up our first barbershop in January 2016... We had trouble trying to locate a sign maker but one day we stumbled across Estradas Signs and the rest is history. Johnny and his dad were very straight forward with us and they helped us through this process in a timely manner. They were able to provide us drawings and samples prior to us submitting the designs to our management company to get final approval. The end result was pretty spectacular. I'll include photos because I'm totally happy with the way the sign turned out. A must visit if you are in need of signs and banners. Check them out in the beautiful city of Alhambra, Ca. read more

Like every other review here, Johnny and his team were amazing! From inception to finish, Johnny and his team were professional, responsive and friendly. They began work early, taking down the old sign and returning that to me. The following day they finished the sign! Johnny's workers worked so hard they worked straight through lunch! 100% would recommend Sign Crafters! Cheers, Johnny! read more

This review is LOOONG overdue. I found them on yelp and paid them a visit. I had the pleasure of meeting Johnny Estrada, his brother and even their dad. All three are very professional and the job they did for me was better than I expected. They are nice, paid attention to what I wanted, provided helpful feedback and most importantly got the job done right. I needed to get permits to display my sign which required me having to go to the city (UGH) or so I thought Johnnny and his Trustee Fam Bam took care of my every worry so thank you guys! I will be using them again. read more

Best place to get your Business sign up. Father and Sons run the business, very friendly, prices are awesome and they do the job right. They had our sign up upon a week notice when other places told us it would take longer. If you are looking for a place to get a sign up and want to be stress free this is the place. When we open up more stores I'm coming here. Thanks Guys for everything. read more
