He quoted a price, I asked if he could send a document with quote in an email (the repair involves property management), he said yes. I waited a week, no email. This place is amazing! When I first saw the 5 star rating from all 6 people, I'll admit, I was a little skeptical. However, after working with them, they truly deserve the 5 (even 6) stars. We got our business-front sign, a couple of "customer/employee parking only" signs, and even a decal for our door at a reasonable price. Estrada Signs even recommended how best to design the business-front sign to look its best. They were also able to take care of all the permits without a problem, and the city we are in has very strict signage rules. Most of the time, we are unable to step away from our business and they were very understanding. Whenever we needed to make a payment or needed to sign some paperwork, they were more than willing to come to our location. When it comes to installation, the two people who came were very diligent and really took pride in what they did. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names, but they were superb. Got here in the early morning and worked until mid-late afternoon and didn't even want to take a lunch break. I also noticed that before they left, they did one final walk-through and made some final touch-ups before leaving.
