I've had my mailbox at this locatikn since I was 18 years old -- almost 30 years! That alone should tell you how much I trust this place. I originally knew the Hayakawa's when they owned and operated the location, and when Byron purchased the business from them, that same level of personal service and trust continued. I've known Byron since he took over, and he has never let me down. Byron is awesome. He genuinely cares about his customers, always goes the extra mile, and I've really enjoyed the many conversations we've had throughout the years. I also love how involved and integrated he is in the Montebello community. He doesn't just operate a business here -- he is part of the community. I can confidently say that I feel completely comfortable and secure having my mail and packages delivered here. This is a nice, locally owned business. There are interesting videos of packaging tutorials being shown while you wait. The wait time was reasonable and the quality of the service was great. I came to get a document notarized and the individual that helped me was professional and took their time to explain the process. Came to this place a couple times while I was in town helping a client. No access to my office and needed printing services asap. The staff were pleasant and fast on each visit. May have to be back a few more times within the next couple months so I'm glad I found a reliable printing location! Prices were fair, and they don't make you use self service if you prefer their help. Either way, their printers are WAY EASIER to use than the big box print stores. read more

Service here has always been great! When it was the UPS store it would get pretty packed with Amazon returns but now that they changed to Montebello Print and Ship it is much smoother and quicker! Always get my packaged sent here through my personal mailbox! Def recommend getting a personal mailbox here if you don't trust getting delivered to your home. This place is listed as an ups drop off for my specific return packages however when I went in the man told me they don't accept those packages.. so I wasted my time in line for nothing. Please update your services that customers don't waste their time. If I had the chance to give this place zero stars I would.They steal packages and act like the shipping companies that "pick up" "everyday" lost the package. Went here last week on a Tuesday with a priority mail package and it never got sent out. Emailed and called the place, Felix was the one who responded and said they don't have records of what goes out and receipts "disappear " which is outrageous because every business has access to past records. Post office let me know they never received the package from them, therefore do not trust this place. read more

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Not reliable! I dropped off a package on a Friday, The attendant assured me it would be picked up the following day. The package sat there without an origin scan until Tuesday the following week (They were closed Monday because of Labor Day) I called to complain because this was an extremely time sensitive order and they passed the blame to FedEx stating that they failed to pick up on Saturday so its out of their hands. I do not accept this excuse. You are a shipping hub. Its what people count on you for. When I worked in logistics I would often be on the phone with dispatch and drivers to make sure that packages went out if a pick up was late. not once did I fail to get packages out. EXPECIALLY when a holiday was coming up! You can tell that the people they hire do not care enough to put in this extra effort. They just shrugged their shoulders and gave me a lot of "I don't know" answers. At one point they told me, "FedEx does this a lot, that is why you should ship UPS" Mind you a UPS package I dropped off the same day was still sitting there too. This place cant even follow through on the most basic function they claim to serve. I had to go pick up my package, update the shipping to overnight , pocket the added cost and drop it off at a real FedEx store. Which is what I will do for all my business moving forward. read more
