The pick up hours on the DHL emails says they close at 4:30 PM but they were actually still open when I arrived at around 4:45 PM. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Shipping prices/stamps are also very reasonable. I think they also do notary here which is a plus. This location has a small parking lot attached but it was pretty empty when I came.
