Baldwin park UPS store and it says I dropped it off on March 1, 2026 and they created the label back on February 1, 2026‍ this store is soo ridiculous and full of thieves!! Biggest mistake trusting this location with my package they scanned my package in and it never left their store according to UPS! Of course the store blames UPS even though they never got it! I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! He just kept saying to file a claim and how UPS has special technology to track packages lol ya maybe that's true if the package had left your store in the first place never coming to this location again

Location/Parking: Located in The Square plaza next to Mountain Mike's Pizza. Parking can be found in the shared lot. Ambiance/Decor: Not much ambiance. You'll see plenty of packages getting ready to be sent out. but they do try to make the place clean and clear pathway to the register or kiosk. Experience: I've been to this location many times to return my amazon packages. The staffers are friendly and don't give me a hard time for returning packages often. Needless to say, I was a bit shocked. I walked up to him and told him, he was surprised as there was alot of blood from a cut. I looked over at the boy/employee working there and asked him for a first aid kit. He had a an empty stare at me as if I was speaking greek. The only person that had any intuition was Winnie!!! She grabbed some stuff out of a drawer and immediately tried to help the man..corporate should do better training and thank Winnie for being reactive and helpful.
