I had a very disappointing experience with this mailbox center. Some of the staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked basic questions about the phone call policy that she changed . RUDE and disappointing to say the least . Especially From the Owner Liandra and also the older Veterano guy that would give these rude faces . I asked just wanted to express myself without yelling or no cursing, and she Went from 0 to 300 mph ! Horrible Service , I expected more . Especially paying nearly $400.00 for a mailbox . She does NOT Value Her customers ... Just Go to Google Reviews and You will see there as well ! The only reason Why I did not give a 1 star Review some of the employees including her Son Gabriel were ALWAYS.......very nice and pleasant . I was at postal annex la habra for 8 years . It was for a Reason until they closed down . They had great service ! I had been to a couple of other mailbox center that that were good too . By far this was one PAK Mail LA habra was the worse . DO NOT USE! BEWARE of Liandra ! she is fake and phony as they get ! DO NOT LEAVE A TIP EITHER , its just disingenous show ! A smoke screen ! The only reason why I tried this place was because they are mom-and-pop . I genuinely like to support mom and pop businesses . I even wanted to try to net work with them, Which was taken out of context . Anyways I learned what Not To do , and I am Happy with my new mailbox center service So far. read more

Upon receipt, the retailer documented the return arrived in a materially different condition than documented pictures prior to drop off. The presentation box had been torn, ribbon missing, the item exhibited cosmetic staining that were not present when shipped, and the contents appeared to have been removed from their original packaging and improperly repacked. Therefore, the retailer deemed the item unsuitable for resale and denied the request for return. The retailer is currently conducting its own investigation. Rather than responding professionally and offering an unbiased review of surveillance footage, shipping records, or otherwise assist in determining what occurred, PakMail owner Liandra S. response was unprofessional and inconsistent with the standard expected of a business entrusted with customers' valuable property. During my research after this incident, I observed numerous online reviews on multiple consumer platforms describing concerns involving package mishandling, damaged shipments, delivery errors, and dissatisfaction with customer service-specifically Liandra.. While I cannot verify the accuracy of those individual accounts, I found the similarity of the complaints concerning enough to include as context. The owner takes time to find the cheapest rate for a package; definitely has the customer's best interest in mind. It is an efficient store, no long waits, and convenient, also. It's located right on Whittier Blvd, across the street and a little west from Northgate; an easy in and out. Okay this place is my new go to. After putting off returning one of my Christmas packages for so long I decided to try these guys out.l because of its convenient location. A lady came out from the back to assist me (she was stocking something and stopped to help me). Very courteous and helpful, she taped up my package without charging me, even though I came in with it unwrapped and a mess. She also informed me that if you currently have a return label, all shopping costs are waived and sent out that day. Quick and easy service. Places like this need your business, and I would much rather go here rather than UPS or the Post Office where I typically spend $10 or more. read more
