If you need something printed, this is the place to go! The time table is quick and the quality was perfect! They were very communicative via email, with quick answers to my questions. Pricing is really competitive too, as we inquired about future projects. When I went to pick up my order (500 postcards), they were bundled and ready to go, so it was a quick and seamless process. Nicest employees, and they're so helpful. read more

I called ahead and Jennifer was warm, friendly, knowledgeable over the phone. Then, I popped in and was promptly greeted and welcomed into the store. Both Darrenn and Jennifer took turns to help me through the fingerprinting process, which I was anxious about getting right. Those two are well-suited for customer service and I would be happy to drive farther than I had to do deal with them again! Great job to two valuable employees! Thanks a million! read more

The customer service was excellent. Very helpful and professional. I enjoy going back when I need to.

I was greeted right when I walk in which is rare at any UPS location. I came on an early Friday to make some Amazon returns and the service was impeccable. They got everything processed quickly and even threw away my empty shipping packages for me. read more

These guys are so friendly!!! Much more friendly than others I've been to. We've dropped off many packages and also used them for a Notary twice. Notary prices are typical and their Notaries are available during all working hours. Make sure to get there plenty of time before closing and have all your paperwork in order. Tucked in behind Stater Bros, near the corner of the shopping area. Plenty of parking too. Thank you for being an awesome little shop. read more

Michael was so great and patient. I came in with a truck load of Amazon returns and he was scanning at the speed of light. Was in and out in no time 10/10 read more

Best UPS store I've ever been a customer of. The team is kind and professional. It's been a pleasure doing business there weekly. I highly recommend this branch. It's also nice not to have to worry about porch pirates as we have our mail delivered there. They are open 7 days a week as well making it super convenient. read more

Service was very fast and the employees there were very polite and easy to talk too. I would highly recommend this place to ship things.

When fedex gives you terrible printing services, put your trust in Josh here at UPS. Josh single handily eased my stress by going above and beyond with providing exceptional service for my printing needs. Thanks to Josh, my fiancé and I were able to get our wedding invites out and mailed in time for all our guest to be able to have the proper amount of time to respond. Safe to say I won't be wasting my time going anywhere else than here for all printing needs and also anything related to shipping items. Thank you Josh, and the ups team. Unbeatable pricing and extraordinary service. read more

I was shipping out a package out of state and needed assistance with materials and Miriam was able to take care of me. Thank you for your hard work. I was in Portland on family business, part of which included sending home heirloom family photos to my own home out of state. I arrived on the last day of my trip exhausted both physically and mentally. Hanna was able to find what I needed quickly and able to package everything appropriately. She was kind, patience and professional. This is the second time I've been in this store and it will be my "go-to" whenever I'm in town. read more

This UPS store is the most convenient for me to go to. I've dropped off many Amazon returns here without issue. I've made copies and faxed documents here as well. Every-time I received friendly customer service. Recently I needed to get passport photos done and Yelp pointed out UPS La Habra. I called to ask if they do passport pics and was told yes. The next morning, I brought my sons over to take passport pics. *snap snap* $35 (for 2 sets) and 20 min later we were done and on our way to our passport appointment in Brea. The kind UPS gentleman was aware of my time constraint, took excellent passport pics and assured me that they meet the photo requirements exactly. I appreciate him taking the time to get it right and to be on top of it so it gets done asap. Customer service is important to me. It shows me how a company values my continued business. I have had only positive experiences with only this UPS store. As far as other UPS stores... don't even get me started. read more

This ups is super fast and efficient! Jj helped me out today with what I needed and he was very helpful and provided friendly service!

This is place is amazing, so friendly and helpful. Especially Raquel who always has a smile and a helpful hand!

Raquel was responsive at every turn. She told me when my seven large 12x14 prints would be done, and they were done early and looked great. She made a phone call to tell me they would be done early. Apparently this location has an off-site full service print shop offering many other services. In fact there was a cardboard cutout of Kobe Bryant that you could actually purchase. Of course that is done off site. The price was very reasonable for my prints. For sure I will come back here. read more
