I have never ever experience better customer service at any postal services besides here!! All staff are super friendly, and go above and beyond to assisting you despite a busy day. You can definitely tell that the staff pack your packages with lots of care, and ensure that the package will endure the transport. I had dropped off plenty packages with cracked packing, and the staff will assist me with securing the packing much better. I have been coming here since 3-4 years, and would always go out my way to make my package returns at this location! Additionally, there is a self service scanner that helps expedite the process. The staff at this UPS store is INCREDIBLE. I have been at that location often to return Amazon packages, ship items, and used the notary service. The entire staff is quick to interact with incoming customers. They are friendly and extremely helpful. Lately, Saul, helped us with an Amazon furniture return. He not only carried the heavy unassembled furniture back to our car, but gave us some items on how to get the vendor to reduce the ridiculous return shipping price. I came in to get color copies of documents from 1890. I barely want to touch them myself. I also had my passport copied. I walked in, the woman there, Donah, says give me the documents. I said I really don't want anyone touching them, I barely want to touch them. She started rolling her eyes and muttering under her breath. If I were in customer service, and somebody came in and said I had documents from 1890 I would say oh that's interesting and ask about them. Not rolling your eyes at a customer She was rude and condescending. I asked her why, she said I was being rude and condescending. When I said I was going to leave a bad review. I have lived in 10 states. This UPS store is the absolute best of all that I have used. The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and professional. They aim to please and provide the best shipping methods without padding the price. I have been in the store when it is very bustling, but the staff never lose their cool. I must give a special shout-out to Saul Castillo. Saul is their expert packer. Last year, at this time, I brought in expensive sculptures to ship as gifts. Saul was in charge and could not be more pleased. The recipients commented on how well the sculptures were packed & that they arrived in mint condition. I recently returned, and Saul wrapped and shipped two more sculptures to my specifications. I then came back a week later with 155 crystals that needed shipping. We discussed the best way to ship the trays of crystals in two boxes and what must be done. I had NO worries that my directions would be followed and the boxes would be well prepared for UPS to ship. If you want a job well done, packages of any size wrapped & shipped in a cost-effective manner, plus enjoyable staff, then you want this store and Saul and his collegues. read more

Do not ship anything overnight here. I spent $130 dollars to get something to Northern Ca and was promised a refund if not delivered. Not only was it delivered 5 days late. They don't stand behind there promise. They blame corporate, corporate won't talk to me. Says it's weather when it was late getting to nor cal then sat there for 2+ days. Talked with Sol the manager on Friday he was supposed to call me back on Monday. It's Tuesday, I had to cal him back and he doesn't even remember talking to me and said he wouldn't have promised to call me back. Worst customer service ever!!!!! read more

Please be advised that UPS Store locations do not pack your return shipments for free, even if you have a prepaid return label. Unlike Amazon retail partners such as Kohl's, The UPS Store locations will charge you DEARLY to pack your returns for you. I came by today, to return a cell phone to my office and the counter clerk immediately grabbed a brand-new box from the shelves to pack the cell phone. I did ask him to see if there is a used box I can use, but he weakly claims that a "stronger box is needed". To pack the cell phone inside the small 10" x 6" x 3" box cost $4.99. In addition, I was charged $6.99 for "Basic Packing Materials"! The total cost of the return was $12.90 even though I already had a printed return label on hand. Lesson learned: Go to an Amazon retail partner to drop-off returns to avoid these "packaging costs"! read more

I highly recommend this UPS store! They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to my needs. I've been using this store for several years and will continue to use them. I have a postal box for all my mail order deliveries (they safeguard my purchases from porch pirates), and because I have an actual mailing address I don't have restrictions on what I can receive like I would with a PO Box. It's fantastic and I recommend everyone switch if you know what I mean. This store is open 7 days a week, as of this review , and they are open later in the day/early evening than the post office which is another huge benefit and convenience for me. When I come to the store, they greet me by name and look for my mail before I can even get to the counter! I've used them as an Amazon drop off location, they are convenient and get me in and out right away. They have stellar customer service and I feel they truly want to help with any question I have no matter how small or trivial it may be. They take the time to explain and I don't feel rushed. I've also used them for notary services... and again, it is so convenient! I've been in and out in a reasonable amount of time and that is of great value to me. Parking is ok, no fault to the UPS store. I can generally find a parking space in the front of the store which is helpful if I have a lot of packages or something heavy. However, I will almost always be asked if I need help getting heavy stuff or larger items to the car or they just help because they really are that nice. I've observed the team interacting with other customers the same. It's pretty cool that we aren't just a "number" there, but that they take the time to get to know each of us. Had critical documents that urgently required notary. Called ahead and was advised the service was available, but when I got there - was advised the notary stepped out for lunch and back within 30 minutes. I did work outside while waiting for notary's return. When I went back in 30 minutes later, the two young teenagers who greeted me earlier said the notary hasn't returned. I asked if he could call to find out if she's returning within the next 10 minutes, to which one of the clerk quickly responded "I don't think so, I made a mistake. She's taking an hour lunch". Needless to say, I missed the cut off with dispatching the notarized document. I can't believe how irresponsible these clerks were. Thank god, it's not my business they're running. read more

This is on my husband's behalf. He just walked out of this location and said he's never coming back. I'm pretty appalled because he's very patient and never, ever complains. He entered the store to have some documents scanned. He stood in line and when he reached the front he told the female working that he needed these (three pieces of paper) scanned and sent to his email. She said "i need to move the line. I can't do that right now" in a very annoyed and dismissive tone. There were 2 people in line behind him. He said "ok.. i guess I'll leave?" and she simply said "ok next in line?". I have to assume she came off extremely rude because he would never respond like that. Also... one would think she might say "Im sorry let me move this line along and I'll get to that in a minute" ... or "do you mind waiting?" .. Anything but what she did. I will say I've received cold service from this location before, but this was downright rude. Excellent service at the fedex store down the street, though! read more

I live in Anaheim and looked for ups stores near me and the ones I found had bad review so when I looked up the one in brea they had awesome reviews so 4 days after I got my quote went back and started shipping my boxes there instead , friendly staff and the lady that had originally helped me remembered me ! Again I live in Anaheim and drive to brea to ship my boxes ! Been there few times since I'm shipping my boxes few at a time!
