Came here for notarized service for a work assignment. Line was not too long, service seemed straightforward, and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Not bad if you ask me. Plenty of parking outside, and the store itself doesn't feel claustrophobic. Inventory-wise, there's a decent amount, but this is UPS, not the USPS. So if you forgot tape to seal a box that you have to ship out, these folks will tape up your box for you... Gratis. All in all, decent place to get delivery and notary services started. read more

One rotten apple spoils the bunch Sadly this review has been a long time coming. I have been utilizing this UPS Store for the last 3+ years and every time I go in specifically a female who I believe is one of the owners name "Minerva," has provided me with absolute horrendous customer service. Part of the reason why I continued to use this UPS store so long was because it was conveniently located so close to my house and pre-Covid if any of my packages required a signature they would automatically go to this UPS store. Every time I would go in she would either ignore me , make mean faces, and or not want to help me. I tried to be nice and even make small talk with her and said "I detect an accent and asked where are you from ?" When she responded , I was happy and told her that some of my family members were from the same near by region . She told me "her culture actually hated my culture ," with a straight face. I thought that was a absolutely disgusting comment to make and couldn't believe she was really serious, from then on her service just got worse . The last straw was today when I went in and she chatted very friendly with the customer in front of me and when it was my turn she wouldn't even look at me . She had a mean grimaced look on her face and would not even say ONE word to me as she took my box that I was trying to mail out , she typed in her computer, stuck out her hand in a rude manner to give me the receipt and then walked away for me like I was a piece of trash. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt , but today was the last straw I will no longer continue to subject myself to this disgusting service . I will add that the rest of the employees that work there including her husband are always very nice, but her horrific service trumps theirs and I will no longer will not be returning back . I will be taking my business somewhere else and I suggest anyone else that has receive the same treatment do the same! read more

This is the best UPS store I have visited. I own multiple businesses that do a lot of shipping, I go to this location daily to drop off packages all sorts of sizes, shapes and weights. Most locations complain that I'm bringing to much or the packages are to big, but I NEVER had an issue at this location. Every time I visit I get confused thinking I'm at chick fil a because their service is beyond exemplary. read more

My experience there at UPS was amazing. Let me explain. Yes the line does tend to get long but every worker there are getting people what they need quick. And I mean quick. When it was next in line, I was helped by a gentleman named Saul. Saul helped me out ship out a package for my niece for her birthday gift. He answered all my questions, very nice, very helpful. Ross really was exceptionally helpful and very swift when doing my LiveScan fingerprints. During COVID, it's probably very nerve wracking having to deal with touching people, but Ross made the whole experience very nice and safe. Wearing gloves, sanitizing, and offering sanitizer to myself after the service done made the whole experience much better than some other scans I've had. Additionally, he was also greeting other customers and reassuring them that they would be helped as soon as possible which is always really nice to hear. This place is the best. The staff is amazing, friendly and makes sure to assist you with whatever you need. It doesn't matter who you get to help you, Marva, Ross, Rj or Justice. i have been here numerous times. With the exception of Finn, the employees provide good service. On the few occasions I had to interact with Finn, it's clear he needs an attitude adjustment if he's going to work in a customer-facing role. He seems annoyed that he has to interact with customers. Called one day to get a price to see how much it would cost to ship a small box and a lady there picked up. I asked her how much it would cost and then she replied what is the dimensions of the box and how much it weighed with a major attitude. I told her that I didn't know all that information, which replied then how could I give you a price. All she needed to say was just come by the store so she can give you an accurate price. Lots of other options out there to ship, so I won't be docking at that store anytime soon. read more

We were able to stop by today to drop off a package, for a purchase from an online store that sent us more than we ordered. They asked us to drop off the package at the UPS store. I thought I was going to be stuck in an inefficient long line, like the post office lines. Thankfully the staff was efficient, kind and happy to help. Saul helped me with affixing my label and getting the package ready to go. What I thought would be a task that would be further troublesome, ended up being an engaging task. I never thought I would review a UPS store, but here I am, giving this one five stars. I LOVE this UPS store. I have been coming here for about two years, and every time I come in, someone greets me with a smile and a hello. I feel like so many places lack good customer service now, and here is this little UPS giving such phenomenal and personal service. I always send out packages that never have the label taped on or the box taped up, but they always willingly do it for me. The last time I went, Marva helped me. She was so sweet and just made my day. I came here becuase the other ups store wouldn't take my packages. They said their store was full. But the truth is they did have plenty space. I guess they just do not like people to drop off at their place since they wouldn't make any money from it. Anyway, I came to this store. Worried about they would not take my package either. However, when I came in their store, the lovely employees immediately smiled at me and offer help to drop off my stuff on the corner. Sweet !! they took all my stuff without any problems. I was so disappointed in this store today. The lady who works there is always rude but today was horrible. I needed to make a return to amazon and have a broken printer. I went there asking for help. She talked a mile a minute and basically said figure it out yourself. I'm not extremely good with electronics but can usually find my way around. She wouldn't even look at what was pulled up on my phone. She told me to use their computer and when I asked for help with that again I got none. I then told her it would be nice if she helped her customers. She told me she was and walked away. Oh BTW. The men who work there are usually very helpful but today not so much. Was looking for a place to mail out a return item and two gifts three days ago, and was assisted by RJ who was very efficient, polite, calm, professional, and helpful with how to best mail out my packages most cost-efficiently. Since they service UPS, DHL and USPS, I didn't have to make another trip to the post office (though there is one nearby) and bother waiting in line. Would definitely come here again. Tip: If you send anything via basic postal service here, there won't be a tracking number. read more
