They're always friendly and very efficient. I use them all the time for my Amazon returns. All you have to do is show them the QR code supplied in your Amazon acct when you start a return. They'll print out the return label, pack everything in a box, then off it goes!!EASY PEASY!! read more

All the employees are friendly, very helpful and are ready to answer any questions that a customer might have. There is plenty of parking close to the store. It's not the closest UPS store to my house but the Quad has terrible parking. read more

Here's the issue, and I hope it will be resolved soon so I can change this review to a positive one! I like UPS. I have used them for many things, and the customer service is very kind. However, I opened up a mailbox recently due to moving out of the country. I was nervous to forward my entire US existence to one mailbox, but I was assured it was a smooth process. The girl who started the paperwork was being trained on how to do so. I was patient and understood we all have to learn, so I graciously filled out and then re-filled out certain documents that were necessary and mandatory. I wasn't completely confident in their understanding of how to forward my mail, so I asked several times if the paperwork I filled out was sufficient. They said yes. YES. About a month later, after touring with my job, I came back to a box full of checks from the same business, but no W-2s or anything else. I asked the front manager if anything was wrong with the transfer from USPS - he assured me they needed one more new form filled out. I filled it out and provided more information. This, I was assured, would be the final procedure to make sure USPS knew my new address was legitimate. I still asked if I needed to change my address with the actual post office, and he said that what they do is the same as I would do online. So I let it go and accepted it was probably just because the box was new. Fast forward, no mail. However, I received emails from my previous landlord that she received several letters and W-2s. I called UPS, and they said they did everything and it must be a post office issue. I went to the main post office in Whittier and spoke to a supervisor who informed me that UPS cannot, in fact, forward anything on my behalf. That I alone had to fill out that little change of address card, or it's as if I never changed my address legitimately at all. I was beyond frustrated and sent a complaint email to the manager of this UPS, who denied telling me anything about not needing to go to the post office. Flat out denied several employees confirming the same thing. I am so disappointed. No accountability, no respect and worse... I paid non refundable money upfront for a service I can't be 100% confident in. The issue is it's my mail. My personal property. All I have in the US is my mail. No furniture, no assets. Just mail. I have escalated the issue to the UPS headquarters with hopes that someone will listen to my concerns. read more

Had to do finger printing a month ago for a gov job, found out they didn't do the fingerprint right, could not be read, went back to re do it to find out the tech that does it is not working today, so now I have to come back. I have had numerous poor experiences with shipping and mail service centers over the 20 plus years that I have been using them. Today, finally I had a great, dare I say perfect, experience at the La Forge location of UPS. Landry could not have been more helpful kind or understanding helping me with a difficult pack/ ship purchase. Most of the time I am looking at the time go by and am miserable dealing with whatever inexperienced rep I find myself dealing with at the counter. Not only did Landry handle my issue in a timely manner he still had the professional courtesy to make incoming customers feel comfortable and important. I spent $132 today on a pack and ship and it was worth every penny. Please request Landry when visiting this location, you won't be disappointed. read more

This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. He recommended me other stores near by that could possibly assist me asap. I called around and nobody was able to assist me because they didn't have anyone with a certification to help me out. I was running out of time and called Rico back to see if he would assist me 5 mins before his shift was over... he gladly told me to head to him and he would assist me and that he would wait for me there. The personnel working here are good and polite but the cost is way overpriced. The cost for a return signature was $40 for a regular size envelope compared to $6 at USPS. The cost for a small package the size and wt of a grapefruit was $18 and at the post office was $6. Wow!! What a difference, I didn't know it was so expensive to send stuff out with UPS. Mary Jean was very knowledgeable and efficient in assisting me with my return needs. She went above and beyond and provided the detail I needed to ensure my package would be sent back without issues. Several months ago I went in with a huge amount of documents that needed to be shredded. Mary Jean assisted me in picking up the heavy boxes and patiently helped me weigh and put all my shredded documents in the big bins. I was embarrassed with the amount of shredding that needed to be done but she was patient, helpful, and very pleasant. The guy behind the counter was so annoyed every-time he had to help someone. Nothing but eye rolls and deep sighs when he was asked questions. I get it, we all have off days but maybe customer service isn't for you. There were about 3 people in line and another person walked straight in for his package and left. It looked like he was a regular but let's not ignore the people waiting their turn to get some help.
