Thank you Paul for helping me out with my order. I procrastinated and waited until the last possible moment to try to get some big heads made for my nephews soccer game. He's a senior this year and this was his last home game and we wanted to make it special and I didn't want to let him down because of my horrible anxiety this past week. Spoke with Paul and told him what I needed and by the next day. I even offered to pay extra for rushed service because it was my fault for waiting until the last moment. He was so kind and understanding. He worked with me even after I sent him like 6 different photos. We finally got it right and I couldn't stop gushing on how wonderful they came out. Everyone was impressed with the quality and durability. Here's what I learned. The face cutouts on a stick are called big heads. Send at least three different types of photos from your camera roll not screenshots or from Facebook. I felt embarrassed, Paul called me 3 times because I did this. It really is that small detail that will cause you more of a delay. Trust me. By the third attempt I sent three different poses/angles directly from my camera roll that I took myself. It's that specific. Is it all worth it? Absolutely. The smile on my nephews face was all worth it. It wasn't expensive. And they are definitely reusable. We are planning on using them for his graduation ceremony. Service here is on point. They knew what I was looking for because I called them face cutouts on a stick. Paul is awesome to work with. I knew that I had a bachelorette party coming up - I mean I was planning the entire thing but of course I left the print stuff to the week of! I'm glad that this copy service is here! First of all, shame on me for needing a print job at the last minute before graduation. I needed prints for those giant faces but pretty much every printing company would not be able to ship until the week after. Even the retail print companies refused the job (i.e UPS, FedEx, etc.) I was referred here by UPS and, at this point, I was looking for a "hail Mary". I got it.
