I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. I will definitely be using him again and again for my printing needs. (Picture is of our final packaging, which were printed at Staples).

I came in with a print project which I thought that they cannot able to do it but they pulled it off really nice. I came to do a booklet, the manager happened to help me, it took her 10 to 15 minutes to arrange all the papers and aligned it because I just came with not organized file. But she did it and printed out the sample for me. The booklet is really good in quality than I have expected. I have her got it done 50 of them. While i waited I seen the flow of the customers, all in and out with the best customer service they can provide. They even go outside of the box to help out the customers with their Amazon returns. Every customer left happily. Such an amazing experience I had even I waited 10 to 20 minutes while my booklet getting printed but My wait time really worth it. I would recommend this store to everyone. At the end they gave me the coupon for next time printing service and the list of the other product. I did not know that they also do notary, fingerprinting, shredding, passport pictures, they even have mailboxes. I thought they only shipping and one of my friends recommended here for printing. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures.
