Very reasonably priced PMB services. I love my new mailing address with them for my companies, and for me personally too! I also had to get architectural plans scanned, theirs was the lowest price around and they keep their word! If you go around lunch time, parking will be tough, get ready to walk. Go in the off hours, less people and more quick service. read more

They're polite, but some charges are silly and need to be disclosed first before processing. I emailed a 3 page black and white document to print, then said I have to also pay a "computer fee" along with the high cost to print each page. When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad. read more

Always come here to deliver my ebay packages. Bryan always takes good care of me. Prices are good and its close to the house!

I have been supporting this local business for several years when there are options that are less expensive and more convenient. Yesterday I dropped by to get two photos printed out - no color correction, cropping etc - just print straight from my thumb drive (have done so numerous times before). Two clerks and no customers in the store - was told they didn't have time to print out the two pictures - said I could leave the drive and they would try to get to it by the end of the day - walked next door to CVS and had my prints in 5 minutes and for a lot less money - won't be back read more

Very bad customer service from owner Brian. He knows that the virtual mailbox storage charges were wrongly charged to me for several months but kept asking me to call 800 number customer service without offering to help me . I agree to some of other posts about this mail service that people here just "exist" here and no passion for customer / no smile / no help read more

I visit this PostalAnnex+ once every month or two. I'm usually here to drop off a few pounds of paper to be securely shredded. I have a paper shredder at home but for a mere one dollar per pound I'd rather have them take care of it. I believe the rate drops to $0.80 per pound over 20 pounds which I surpassed once. Before I bought a multi page scanner, I would periodically have them scan multi page documents for me and they would be saved in a single PDF file on a USB stick. They also have shipping supplies and can ship items. I usually see the same nice people working there and they always take care of things quickly. read more

Came here for passport photos for my child and had a great experience. There was only one person working on a Sunday afternoon so there was a wait but she was very attentive and handled the line very professionally. Thank you read more

Been here twice and both times customer service was very much lacking and prices were high. Decided not to get a couple of things I was set to purchase due to price and found them almost 90% less at target and amazon - wow! On top of the high prices, both times here I felt as though I was bothering them. No greetings when we came in the door and very unfriendly service when making our purchases. To me customer service can either greatly add to or greatly detract from my shopping experience. Hope this place can take stock and improve on how customers are welcomed and appreciated. read more

It was Sunday, Nov. 30. I wanted to get a birthday gift off so it would arrive in Indiana by December 4. The clerk quoted $30 for priority but FedEx for $32 would get there faster. So I paid $32 for FedEx and it still hasn't arrived a week later. Tracking shows it going to Kansas and other places. Meanwhile, I sent three more medium USPS flat rate boxes to Indiana, Click 'n Ship that arrived in 3 days. $19.20 each. The FedEx box weighed less than 2#. Postal Annex, you ripped me off. I will never use you or Fed Ex ever again. read more

PostalAnnex+ is THE spot to get your things printed at. I messaged several businesses around the area (thank you yelp quick send or whatever that service is called) and PostalAnnex+ was the only business that was able to give me clear prices straight from the list of things I needed printed. They are very accommodating, professional, quick on replies, fairly priced, and competent. Yes, I had to include competent because you would be surprised about the lack of competence from talking to some of the other print shops. Everything I ordered came out perfect and just as I wanted it. I ordered flyers and posters from them. Would recommend you contact them if you need anything printed. Thanks for the great work read more

Bryan was very detailed, professional and soothing. I think this is what contributed to a great experience. He made a beautiful memorial program for my brother in law's services. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of print on our invitations. We had a zoom service so Postal Annex had envelopes available so I could have them mailed to family members for the service. The photograph was true to the original we used. The overall quality and service was excellent. We will certainly continue to use Postal Annex again for other services. Our family members were impressed. I have been going to Postal Annex for a year to mail and purchase items in the store. I decided to give them a try for the memorial program. I'm so appreciative and glad that I did! They really came through for my family and I, at a very tough time. Thank you so very much to Bryan and staff! read more

Stellar customer service! I was trying to ship out a package and received the runaround from another nearby shipping store, but luckily remembered seeing PostalAnnex+ in this plaza and I'm so thankful I did! Bryan assisted me and was super helpful. He efficiently and neatly packaged up my boxes for me, taped them and even gave me clear holders to protect my address labels. I was really pleased with his customer service and the female employee working beside him was equally kind! I will definitely be back again for all my shipping needs and was pleased to discover they offer a multitude of services, including notarizing, PO Box rentals, shredding and they even sell toys! Their prices are very fair and their customer service is truly outstanding! Thanks again to Bryan for his help today! read more

Once you enter, employee asked "you what you need"? They don't even scan UPS barcode, very rude, unfriendly people working here. I would NEVER go here again. This is not the first time I was having bad experience. I don't care people giving 4 & 5 Stars must be their own relatives/friends. read more

I was running errands and had a package that had to be returned via UPS and one via DHL. I found two different places I would have to go to to accomplish this, and when I went to CVS, I saw this place with UPS and DHL signs in the windows. Sweet! I returned to my car, grabbed the package, and went inside. There was a small line of folks being helped, and he asked if these were just returns. I said yes, and he zapped both the barcodes and gave me a receipt, and I was on my way. read more

People were nice but their passport photos policy is weird. They charge for the extra digital copy, which is expected, but they charge the computer fee for sending the digital picture. This lack of transparency/knowledge in pricing is a little bit annoying. read more

Most business are not open for live scan on Sundays (which I had looked online two location that advertised they were open Sunday for fingerprints and they were not .) so after seeing online postal annex in yorba Linda was open I called and to my surprise they did do livescan that day. I quickly rushed down and met Leah . She was so sweet and nice . Made the process so easy. Along with other services this store offer's, shipping, notary, fingerprints and making keys! Been meaning to update this after my last review. I had emailed this location, expressing my recent experience and did not hear back for some time. Finally, the owner did reach out to me. PostalAnnex - Beautiful prints for being super fast! - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Placentia, California

I used Yelp to request for different quotes of printing services and PostalAnnex was one of the businesses. I needed a few last-minute projects to be printed for my wedding that was happening the following week. I already had the graphics made but I had very specific requests that I needed for these projects. From the very beginning, Emily from PostalAnnex responded very quickly and professionally. Because I was so busy completing other wedding tasks, all I could do was email because I was on the phone with other people. This was no problem for them and within 24 hours, I was able to see a draft of the prints to approve of them. Once I approved them, I was able to receive all prints that same day! So quick, so easy and so efficient. Since I had a good experience the first time around, I decided to use PostalAnnex again to create the Thank You cards. Although I only used their printing services, I saw that they also have shipping and other services. Emily, thank you sooooo much for all of your help and customer service!!! I really appreciate all of your hard work. read more

I am from out of town. I wanted to open a post office box at a Postal Annex in my city. There is a USPS form you have to fill out and get notarized. I asked them if they could help me fill out the form and notarize it and that I would pay them for their time. The person at the register kept going over to the manager or someone that was in charge. He stood about 20 feet from me and kept giving the person helping me instructions without talking to me directly. Irritating but not the end of the world. But they told me they wouldn't even help me fill out the form even if I paid them. Utter unprofessionalism. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. After all isn't this a business oriented towards helping other businesses? Unfortunately they didn't help me at all. read more

Great place to come and get something notarized, even on a Sunday. Location is clean, staff are professional and service is excellent.

I needed a notary to be for some documents, and in addition I had some documents from a cd that I needed to be transferred to a disk drive. They were super helpful with both services. in addition they scanned the notarized documents and emailed them to me. Im impressed how well I was treated, the high quality of services and I can imagine how well they treat their regular business clients. I know I definitely will coming back! We came here to get a document notarized. I called to ask about pricing and hours. It was about $15 per document to notarize. And we were able to just walk right in and get that done. It took about 15 minutes. Easy and convenient! At the time we were the only people in there too read more

I went to this place to take my passport photo and the lady said they could do it all for me. I gave her my travel dates and asked her if I should expedite. She said no the great thing about going through us is you will have your passport within 3 to 4 weeks. Fast forward 5 weeks no passport and now I'm having to pay an additional fee to get it on time. I called and spoke to the office manager who advised me that they cashed the payment so I should see it any day. Last was a lie too. Wasn't until I paid the extra money and within 2 days I finally got confirmation that passport was on its way. If you are in a time crunch don't go here. I gave it a 2 star because the process was actually pretty easy but mine was only a renewal and my wife who needed a brand new one went through the post office and got hers in 3 weeks. Imagine that. read more

Stop by to get notary services and was in and out about 10 minutes. Quick walk in service. Would come back again for future notary services.

In Placentia, the USPS location is basically down the street. But parking is horrendous, there's only really one entrance and exit, and people just stop at the entrance because they're waiting for a parking spot right at the entrance. I wouldn't be surprised if accidents have occurred in that exact spot for that particular stupid reason. Anyways, to avoid that kind of headache, hubby and I have been going to PostalAnnex+ for the past year. We do our Amazon returns, get our important stuff notarized, if needed, and just send things priority mail/overnight/priority overnight if absolutely needed. We were able to get free accounts setup so we know our tracking numbers, and we can check on when our package has arrived somewhere, or at least the status of it. Customer service has been awesome. Have not had any issues with any of them, and they all know what they're doing. Of course, to have the absolutely best customer service, it means that they do take care of each customer, so you may need to wait a little before they get to you. But, honestly, it's just been pleasant experiences every time hubby and I have visited. Parking is not an issue! In the same center as Avalon Bagels, CVS, McDonalds, etc., there's plenty of parking! read more

They are located in the same shopping center as CVS. Right next door actually. I found myself here after refusing to go to my local UPS Store. They are always rude there and charging me extra for things like tape. So, here I am! I was greeted upon entering and helped right away. My experience here was so much better than what it has been in the past with UPS and the post office. They actually take the time to talk to you and treat you like a customer. I'll be returning for futures FedEx and UPS packages. read more

A short stay in Placentia California made me get to have a chance to know someone who is trustworthy and reliable when it comes to shipping parcels. Diane, the owner of Postal Annex is the best person I ever met. I needed a parcel to go out to my friend in New York and I took my product to Diane. She has taken good care of me when I was not ready to ship the product. I didn't have a box and tape to assemble it. She come with bringing me an assembled box and tape, and package everything up right in front of me. Than she gets the receiver name and address and rings me up with a competitive price. I was happy and the best of all, I thought this place has the best customer service. Thanks Diane! read more
