I have been visiting this place for years, here you can request your po box, live scan, duplicate keys, envelopes, pins, money remittances, parcel, notary, passport photos, shredding, printing, and general office supplies. The manager Alicia is a sweetheart and super professional, quick to help and advise you. The schedule from Monday to friday 9 am to 6, Saturday 9 am to 2 pm. If you want call for an appointment. They get busy and I know why-because they get the job done efficiently and with a smile. It was one of those days. Out & about, I suddenly needed to print documents sent to my email. WTF? I hate when this happens. After shopping at Brea Mall, I knew there had to be a kinkos, ups store, or something nearby. Then, I stumbled on the Brea Mail Center and met the owner Luz.. Heaven sent! I walked in and didnt see a computer terminal. It was small, mostly catering to p.o. boxes and shipping. I told her I needed to print from a computer. No problem. She told me to come behind the counter and use the main one. I did and I stayed on her computer for about 20 minutes. Printed all my documents and paid only $3... (about 10 pages).. A very dishonest business. When I moved out of the area and closed my box, they refused to refund my deposit even though I returned the keys. They said the deposit is non-refundable (first I'd heard of this), and that they would instead put it towards forwarding me my mail. The mail was never forwarded. read more

Dropped a package off. Forgot to tape up the box so I ask the clerk to tape it up. Ten cents for the tape. It doesn't get more nickel and dime than that (literally). FedEx/kinkos wanted to charge me $2.19 for first page and $1.99 for other additional pages to fax a document. That totaled to $36 for a loan document! I obviously don't have money which explains why I'm getting a loan. $36?? Really!?! This loan company and kinkos must be in cahoots because we all know that i could've easily scanned the document and sent it by email for the price of paper, ink, and electricity. Well that's why I came here because I'm not going to give a huge company a crap load of money when id rather give a small business my money especially when they are more reasonable priced than the bigger company. read more

2 stars for poor customer service. Reason: On Saturday the Post Office delivered a six-figure check that I must immediately FedEx express mail to my financial institution back east. So ASAP I drove to this mail center which is the closest one to my home. The gentleman behind the counter efficiently accepted the express envelope. However, I see today that FedEx has not yet picked up the envelope. A phone call to Brea Mail Center revealed that FedEx will not pick up the envelope until 4:45 p.m. today (Monday). Brea Mail Center really failed me - Saturday I could easily have driven the FedEx envelope to the hub myself. Poor customer service. read more

I agreed with one of the previous reviewers. This is a dishonest business. They charged me twice for the same service. However, they refused to refund the wrong charge and asked me to get other services from their store so the wrong charge could apply to the additional services. They just wanted customers to pay for their mistakes. They misplaced my packages many times. According to the UPS delivery confirmation on the UPS website, the package has been delivered to their location. However, they could not find my packages. The worst thing is that whenever I called, they always said that the owner of the store is not in the store. I asked the employees to tell the owner to call me back. However, the owner never called me back. I had to go to the store many times. Finally, I got my packages from them which were delivered by UPS many days before. I will never use this store. This is the worst small business I have ever dealt with. read more

I just had the best experience at Brea Mail Center. I asked if I could ship 30 packages for my small business. Luz was an amazing help. For some context i was just told at FedEx that I couldn't not ship more than 10 items. Which was unusual because I have an account with them. So I left and googled where I can ship fedex packages. I saw them In The same parking lot. I dashed over and was greeted warm heartedly and was asked how my day was going. I did not want to discuss my previous experience at the fedex around the corner. I simply responded with I'm okay. Luz was so nice and asked what can I help with. I told her my amount of packages and she said of course we can ship that much. I had an amazing experience here. I want others to know that there are some amazing nice people around that are still kind and I would like her business to continue to grow and thrive in this new world we are in. This store lost my packages and did not return my phone calls. When the lady owner took my money for box fee, she was nice. When they lost my package, she never bothered to call me even though I went there many times. The employees told me that they mentioned to the lady owner. She overcharged the box fee, but she was not willing to refund. Instead, she just ignored, and forced you to extend the rental period. I suspect that they might do this on purpose to make their customers rent their mail box longer. After I had many problems with this store and the owner, I found out that many other people also had problems with this store and the owner. Do not use their services. read more
