The thought of waiting in line in a crowded FedEx shop, hoping to get guidance and help wasn't very appealing, so I looked on Yelp for ideas. She understood exactly what was needed and made some helpful suggestions. I placed my order and received a call a couple of days later that it was ready for pickup. The finished programs really turned out well, they're going to make great keepsakes for the friends and family. Thanks to Emily and everyone at the shop for such professional work!

At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.
