Although an authorized FedEx shipping center, they're too cheap to print out a receipt for you when you have a prepaid label on a shipping-ready package. The Postal Annex in Placentia does print one out when you drop off. Without that, there would be no evidence the package was ever dropped off at this place. The lady behind the counter told me to go to that one and drop it off. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place unless you really trust them and will leave your package without a printed reciept. It was a $1,500 camping fridge so I didn't. Went to Placentia location and they happily printed me a receipt showing it was dropped there. In fact, they had a sign that said you should get a receipt, etc. read more

Right across the street from our local post office in Yorba Linda is the PostalAnnex, a place where you can go to get your postal service needs handled with a kind word and a smile. I often come over here to ship my coffee pods back to Nespresso for recycling or whenever I'm using FedEx or UPS. The woman who is always there (I think she's the owner) is incredibly nice and I've never had an issue with anything that has touched this store. I will certainly be back. And it looks like they have notary services as well so I'll start coming here when that need comes up:) read more

This place is excellent. You can do UPS and FedEx drop off, get things notarized, and mail things all in one place. I prefer coming here over going to the actual post office across the street, whenever possible. The lady who works here (the owner?) is always very nice, even if I'm just dropping off a pre-labeled package. Parking is easy and it is rarely busy. Tucked in a corner next to the Yorba Linda Post Office is this tiny place. I go there for all my notary needs and shipping services. The lady owner, Skye, is super friendly, courteous, and helpful. I came with several packages and she helped me to combine some of them to get the lowest possible price. Now, that's a fine example of customer service! -Located in a small lot right across for the YL post office, this place has been my go to for all my UPS and Fedex shipping needs for several years now! -Skye has been great in providing suggestions over the years on how to ship particular products. I deal heavily with shipping out Automotive parts and she has monumentally helped in my operations by saving me plenty of money. Other places are quick to take my money, while she takes the time in finding the best solution to SAVE me money! -I remember going to franchized UPS locations to have exhaust systems shipped out, only to find myself getting price gouged. Not only with shipping rates, but also packing rates! -Here, she takes the time to either find the perfect box, or custom make me boxes. I have never seen anyone take the time and effort to correctly ship out some of our fragile items as thorougly as she does! ---Side note: The parking lot can sometimes get packed, but parking is plentiful on the side street. read more

She even told me the price of USPS and has referred me there a couple of times. One time I had her pack my shipment and she manually reduced the size of the box so that the shipment would be cheaper. The PostalAnnex is across the street from the Yorba Linda Post Office. The lady there offers the best customer service to ship our parcels to the east coast. She checked out UPS, FedEx, Postal rates to get me the best price, based on the weight and size. She even taped my two small boxes stacking together (no extra charge using her scotch tapes) to make it into one large size for a lower price under the UPS policy. Subsequently I went there 2 more times to ship my boxes. She has been consistently patient, nice, and wonderful to her customers. read more

I have other postal stores around but came because of the great reviews I can here. Was not disappointed I received excellent customer service. I needed a Notary and overnight express mail. They completed my Notary and referred me to the post office because she said it would be half price for what I needed. The owner of this business gave me the most fantastic customer service. I had left for a two week vacation in Arizona and forgot to put most of my hanging clothes and jackets in our car. One of our neighbors scooped up all my things and took them to this Postal Annex. The owner packed them in a box for him and took my information over the phone.
