Terrible service. Avoid this place! I did a notarization here on July 13th and paid for a local USPS tracking mail. I explicitly requested NO signature required. They completely messed up: Delayed Mailing: They forgot to ship it on time. Even after I called to remind them on the 14th, they delayed it until that night. Unauthorized Signature: They added "Signature Required" without my consent. Because of this, USPS couldn't deliver it to the closed business in Monterey Park, turning a local mail into a 3-day mess. Awful Attitude: When I called for help, they were extremely dismissive, impatient, and told me to "solve it yourself." Zero apologies, zero customer care. Now I have to pick it up myself. Nice small family owned mail service. I went in with a coupon ad. At first the owner hesitated honoring the online price then gave me the discount. He was meticulous about the forms and asked the right questions, and very careful with the fingerprinting. My forms got sent in record speed and everything smooth! We paid in advance for a year to get a private mail box here because we had two close family members pass away in a short amount of time and wanted to be able to have a place where we could send the needed documents to be delivered (titles, death certificates, tax info, etc) that was safe since we've had a lot of mail theft in our area. When we weren't getting mail for one of them (which I had officially shown the death certificate to the US post office) I came in to just ask if they received anything. Both the older man Ron and the lady with the short dark brown hair standing there got rude and angry. Ron went from 0-60 just from just a question. I really thought I was in the twilight zone. I will miss the convenience of being able to check my mail late when I get off work, but I cancelled my mailbox and will go somewhere else. Unprofessional service is a deal breaker. I used their service back in May 2023, but for some reason my review was posted on another notary service! Just found out today. So I deleted the review under that company and reposted my review here: Needed to get our living trust notarized. Got multiple quotes on Yelp. We eventually decided to go to somewhere close by bc of (1) location (2) they charge per notary seal, not an outrageous "flat fee" for notarizing a living trust (3) they provide witnesses with no additional fee . Overall a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend! read more

I had no idea this little postal shop was here. I could've saved myself so much trouble hunting down usps and ups drop off places! It's also nice that you can compare prices of different carriers side by side and pick whatever works for your needs. I saw signs for: ups, fedex, DHL, and usps. Plenty of parking in the large shopping center. Lines were not long on a weekend and there were two gentlemen helping customers and both were quick! I'll definitely be stopping by again read more

These guys are just unbelievable. Ron, the owner, always has a big friendly hello for his customers, and his staff Carrie's through Ron's attitude like the professionals they all truly are. Plus they all love my little Havernese Puppy. They carry out my big boxes from the store to the car as I am battling Multiple Myeloma (bone cancer) and some days are better than others. My mother and father used this Notary to sign a document regarding refinancing their home. They spend twenty dollars for the service. $20.00 The notary signed the document with his last name then first. He stamped the required paper work with his seal. Wells Fargo would not accept his signature since his stamp was reversed from his signature. (It listed his first name first , then his last). The policy is the signature must be identical to the stamp. No big deal, we can go back and have him resign it correctly. WRONG. He refused to re-sign the document to make it match his stamp. He says he always signs it that way. He then refused to refund the money. We paid him for a simple service and his incorrect procedure wasted my parents time and money. He did not want to refund the money for a mistake he made. I agree with the other reviewers which label him a "CROOK". Ironically ....... my parents need four notarized signatures for a legal zoom document. That would have been an easy 80 dollars for him !!! We will be giving our business to another notary. read more

When you see across-the-board service this great you know it starts at the top with the owner and works its way down through the staff. DO NOT GO HERE! I agree with the other reviewers, the owner is a crook and a thief and he does not care about you. He only wants your money. He does not know what he is doing. I came here for a Live Scan and I found out that he did not input my SSN in the system hence voiding my live scan. I called my organization and they told me that it was his fault and he should re-do a new one without a charge. WRONG! This guy wanted to charge me again when it was CLEARLY HIS FAULT for not inputting my ssn. PLEASE take your business elsewhere. People like him do not deserve to own a business when they are clearly ripping you off just to make money. If you need a Live Scan done I suggest you go to the UPS store on Yorba Linda Blvd and Imperial. They are quick and they know what they are doing. I have never been so upset and so sick to my stomach. I don't know how this man sleeps at night. I, too, will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. He needs to be shut down. read more
