I will never come back to this location again!!! Never in my life would I think I would be racially profiled at a package pick up location. I came into pick up my package and the clerk refused to give me my package after I showed my drivers license, the tracking number via email, as well as my lease agreement confirming my address which is CRAZY I had to show my lease agreement!!!! The clerk kept saying "sorry my bad man" as if all that information was even needed!! If there is a way I can sue or make the owner pay for his ignorance I will because I don't let things go! read more

I went into this mail shop today to have an envelope weighed and buy the appropriate postage. He said it'll take 4 stamps and I said I'd like to buy the 4 stamps. He said that'll be $4.00. I said regular stamps aren't $1.00 each??? He said, "oh that's our mark up." I asked why he couldn't just sell me the 4 stamps for the regular prove and he said NO. He also said he is the new owner, opened 6 weeks ago. I won't be going there again. The mail box store by Vons would never do that. He turned away a future customer to make a little Over a dollar. read more

Great service, convenient location, and an easy one-stop-shop for shipping packages. We needed to ship a semi-fragile package to our family and was recommended to come to The OC Post Box. The lady that helped us took the time to find the perfect box size for our package and wrapped our items with bubble wrap to make sure that it wouldn't break. She even included packaging peanuts in our box as well. My family received their package so quickly (within a couple days!), that I wasn't even expecting it to arrive as soon as it did. Called many times about a fedex pickup. The package sitting for days but each time I call they don't answer the phone or when they finally do, they say they don't have it. Drive to store and it's literally right there. Then they say they have to charge their system so I have to wait 10 minutes. I would avoid this establishment. read more

We did passport pictures here. The woman who works there did a great job but when we went back to take digital photos, the man was just not good. He didn't deliver the product when he said he would, the actual picture was terrible with shadows and blurry. We had to go a second time and very similar photos (blurry, shadowed, and unusable for passport renewals). We just cut our loses and went somewhere else. I would not go back for anything. read more

We requested a U-Haul Van from this location today and had a horrible experience. Not only did we have to wait in line for a long time but then the entire U-Haul order was a mess. Our reservation began at 3:30pm. I looked in the parking lot when we arrived and the van was not there. According to the U-Haul app, you can only pick up the U-Haul after 3:30pm, not earlier. There is an hour grace period to pick up the vehicle. Therefore I had until 4:30pm for the grace period. I arrived at 3:50pm, waited in line until 4:05pm. Once the employee attended me, he called his boss to let him know I was there to pick up the van. His boss then told him that he (the Manager) was there until 4:00pm waiting and then left to go pick up his kids and took the keys with him. I had until 4:30pm to pick up the van, but he took the keys with him and I had to cancel my reservation. Looking at all the pieces together, the keys missing, the van missing, and the boss picking up his children-all point to him using the vehicle that I reserved to pick up his children. Rather than expressing remorse over this or even acknowledgement about his mistake, he proceeded to blame me for getting there too late. Once again, I arrived at 3:50pm and he claimed to have waited until 4:00pm. I reported this issue to U-Haul and will no longer be using this location. read more

Excellent service. I have been there a couple of times & received great service from this one stop place. The owner Hiba is a Notary who goes out of the way to help the customers. Yesterday I was down there to Notarize a document & she saved a trip for my grandmother to the Post office as we were able to take a photograph, download forms & submit her passport for renewal. read more

Small postal service business with great customer service. Handles USPS, UPS and FedEx drop off as long as you have a label on the package.
