I just want to thank Heidi for her professional, courteous and prompt service yesterday. I know it was a late appointment on a Friday and the house we met at had no air conditioning! But Heidi kept her COOL and performed a great service for us. I highly recommend Heidi! read more

We are in escrow, so of course that requires a notary from time to time. Heidi was able to work with our schedules to meet us at a Starbucks to do what we needed to do-- What I like about working with Heidi is that she doesn't try 'nickel and dime' you with extra charges that some notaries like to do. I highly recommend her, we will be using Heidi going forward! Thanks! 53/2016 read more

If you're looking for a Notary, Heidi needs to be your go to girl! Based in Fullerton, I was looking for a notary on Sunday afternoon because of course I procrastinated on something that needed to notarized by Monday. I only called one other person before finding Heidi through Yelp. The competitor was going to charge me triple of what Heidi quoted me. So now, can you guess who I went with? She was able to meet us at short notice out of her busy day to meet us. She is super friendly and personable and made this whole thing easy that we didn't realize that we were done within minutes. We will definitely be using her for all our notary needs. We'd be stupid not to! Quick, easy and painless what more can you ask for?! Thank you!!!! read more

I used Heidi a couple of weeks ago and all I can say is this: Quick, no surprises, organized, no-nonsense, business like. I won't use anyone else! I'm a lawyer and I make plenty of house calls and I use mobile notaries. She's the best. Hands down. It was a three-way signing with two clients doing a trust (and all the associated documents) plus the elderly father / father-in-law doing some clean-up work as well. She put everyone at ease, followed the rules, and worked with me to get the materials signed as required. She is a pleasure to work with and I'd absolutely recommend her to my colleagues. read more
