A.K.A. staff immediately greeted me as I came through the door and consistent with other reviews, I found them to be professional, efficient and kind. They were clear to explain the additional fees and show me on the website/ software as needed. The fingerprinting was done efficiently on the first try. The last live scan place I went to had to try repeatedly for some reason. The environment is calm and peaceful and reminds me of being in a comfortable living room. All signs are clear with useful information to make things simple. I was pleasantly surprised and can say I even enjoyed my experience. I will continue to return for future service and am happy to recommend this establishment.

It did, but I didn't like the wallet, so took it to UPS to return. Later in the day, I realized I had no cash in my wallet-- because I left it in the wallet that I took to UPS! I called UPS to notify them of the problem, and went to the store as well. UPS had about 50 boxes all sealed up and ready to be processed, but searched for my return wallet and found it! I had quite a bit of cash in the wallet as I'm traveling tmrow. I am fortunate that I caught it in time, and that UPS staff took it seriously and were able to help. That's a pet peeve of mine when businesses try to alter reviews by "If you rate us five stars on yelp, you get a complimentary _____" or "We will only provide a refund if you delete the review." I opted not to and requested a charge back through my bank which I knew would likely fail as the business did make an attempt to correct the issue. My gripe is it shouldn't have come to this. All three passport photos were out of spec, and one was flat out rejected. If a service isn't adequate, any business should provide a refund when they know it's not feasible to re-do the service. I was only asking for a refund on the one that was rejected. I hope this review brings about better customer service and more compassion. As I said in my previous review, their other services are fine, and my experience shouldn't deter you from coming here.

When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.
