DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. I had three sets of passport photos taken here, and all of them were out of spec per the passport officer and one was rejected. Since two of them were minors, I had to take them out of school for the passport appointment. Since it wasn't feasible to take them out of school again and schedule another appointment, I opted to get the photo retaken at the office. I reached out to get a refund on the rejected photo, but received a "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't provide a refund..." response. Sure, they did offer to retake the photo or credit for another passport photo, but it's just not feasible nor does it make sense. What should someone do? Take more time off work/school to attend another appointment due to the product provided being sub par? Not a bad place to ship packages or have a mailbox, but their customer service has zero compassion. read more

I have never had an issue with this location. On the contrary, they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately my last visit was very unpleasant. Any time i do an Amazon return I never have to provide a box or label. This time they made me buy a box for $7.53 so I can complete a return. I went back and double checked I didn't need a box and sure enough, my instructions said they would pack up the return. It's only $7.53, but it was the way I was spoken to was as if i was too dense to understand the instructions. Came for a Livescan service on Sunday, 11/17/24 in the morning and it was great service! Honestly love this area, especially the way the owner professionally did my fingerprints. She even printed two copies of the Request for Livescan for me to keep and kept the original copy to send to a remote job I applied for. The owner was really good, and she knew exactly what to do. There was another employee at work, and both the owner & employee were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I'd love to come back for any services again, in the future! read more

Where do I start? I don't even know where to begin how amazing this UPS store is at Amerige Heights FULLERTON! They have been a part of my life for quite a few years. I literally live across the street from them. All of the staff are so so so wonderful so amazing so professional so helpful! Especially Swati, Christian and Jennifer! Whenever I walk in, everyone is so friendly everyone always welcomes me in and I always feel so part of this UPS family! What I love the most is the supply of their services are unending! Every time I go in, I think maybe they don't provide a particular service and then they always answer with "yes, of course of course yes we do that here as well" lol which makes my heart very very happy! All my needs are always met over there at that UPS Store! The store is the smallest UPS store I have visited but don't let that deter you. The store is kept clean and organized. Though the store was busy and there was a short wait on a thursday afternoon, the staff behind the registers worked efficiently, had positive work attitudes and provided wonderful service.
