Upon arrival I was greeted warmly & had my LiveScan completed in less than 10 minutes. While I was here I noticed that aside from LiveScan they also carry items for your shipping needs as well as some cute items that make nice gifts. I bought some packaging peanuts while here. I never write reviews but I was shocked that this place has such low ratings on Yelp so I wanted to write about the great experience I had yesterday. I was looking to rent a business mailbox and saw that this place offers 24/7 access to your mailbox unlike other places where you can only access it during business hours. Apparently it's under new ownership now! Sunny was so helpful in helping me setup a business mailbox account. She even offered 1 month free on a 6 month mailbox rental as a new owner's promotion! Not a secure location for a FedEx drop off. The man at the counter wouldn't scan my package with a metered FedEx label or give me a receipt. FedEx packages are just set by an open entrance not secure behind the counter. read more

While we were waiting, folks were dropping off their packages for UPS. Others were getting stuff from their mailboxes. The gentleman who assisted us was very helpful. I usually like the Postal Stop. Caroline is so helpful. There is a man there who is not helpful and that's why I'm giving this business a 2-star review. I see him with customers and he is short. And today I had an experience with him that was not good. I came to drop off a UPS shipment. I couldn't print a label at my house so I asked him if I could email it to him and I asked him if he could print if for me. He said it was not a problem. My complaint is that he charged me $2.25 to print a sheet of paper for the label. I'm okay with him charging $2.25 if he tells me there is a charge for the service before he prints it. He did not tell me there was a charge to print a label. I would think this is part of the UPS service that he provides. I felt he was taking advantage of me, but since it was such a small amount, I did not make much of a fuss. I know he needs to make a profit, but I felt that it was not good customer service to make $2.25 for one page of printed material that should be free. read more

It never fails. The older male that works there is rude and I literally have to tell him to scan my UPS drop offs and give me a receipt. This has happened six times. For some reason, he never wants to do it, as if that 10 or 15 seconds is just way too much work for him. I might just have to find another drop off point but this one is close to my house. read more

The most stubborn and unprofessional owner I've ever dealt with. Not only does he send me rude and insulting texts, but he has intentionally discriminated against me and gives me worse service than his other customers. He has specifically told me this. He's lost a package of mine, is unwilling to secure my packages properly, yells at me, and makes me jump through hoops all because he lost one of my packages and we agreed to a resolution. This is small mom and pop operated postal store. I ALWAYS come here when I need to drop off a UPS package since they're also a UPS drop off location. I've never had any problems and I'm very satisfied with their services. I once needed to ship a package to a family member in Korea but I didn't know how to write out the address for the mailing label to Korea because 1) the address format is not the same as what we use here in America and 2) the address I had was all in Korean characters and I was unsure of how to write it in Romanized English. Thankfully, the shop owner here is Korean and he was able to help me fill it out properly. It cost about $25 to ship the package to Korea via a Korean shipping company called Hyundai Express. The package was received exactly a week after it was mailed out. I am very pleased with this business and will continue to be a customer/UPS-package-dropper-offer here! read more

He said I would just have to trust it would be okay. I'm glad I did not leave my $1,000 iphone to ship there. In addition you can also send out FedEx or UPS packages here along with basic mail.
