Consumer BEWARE!!! This place closes early and time posted is not accurate. Gave them another chance and came back to send out a pre-paid package. They tell my wife she needs to print out a label and the charge will be $3. Are you kidding me? It doesn't cost $3 for 1 piece of paper. Lady in blonde hair proceeds to tell me they charge that everywhere. I don't think so lady...you better call and check prices elsewhere and not lie to your customers. This was my first visit to this particular UPS store in over three or four years and I was promptly greeted by a gentleman by the name of John as soon as I walked in. I was there to get my picture taken for my soon to renew passport and we got to business right away. I've always had a tough time taking photos at these types of places because of my height, but John quickly brought out a chair for me to sit on and took the picture in one go. John processed the pictures right away and even cut them out for me AND even put it in a little booklet. Prices are a bit high at $15 for two pictures and with tax it came out to be $16.16. Not much complaints though. The service here has drastically gotten better and for my passport and other needs, I would definitely come back if I knew that John was working. read more

I came here to return an item I purchased and instructions clearly says that I'm able to print from UPS store for the return label. UPS STORE IS CHARGING $3 TO PRINT LABEL??? I hope corporate office sees this and tell them to close this store. That is brutal for 1 page printout. Price gouging like crazy. I will file a formal complaint. This is a pretty busy store, and when there is a lot to do a lot is getting done. Sometimes there is a line, but I do not see how they can provide faster better service. The notary lady who has notarized several documents completely just lied in my face. I brought a document in for her to and my son to notarize, she looked at me and said there was not a notary in the shop at the moment. I told her that she notarized several of my documents. Then she said she forgot her stuff. She's just lazy. She's lied to me on other items before, so I decided to write this review. It's usually when she is alone. Really disappointed in NEW policy? I tried to return an Amazon package at this location, Bastanchury and Brea Blvd. . I've done this a couple of times before. But this time, the store was going to charge me $3 to print the shipping label. And then, they wanted me to buy the packaging to mail it. It was a baseball cap in a plastic bag. So, because I don't have a functioning printer, it was going to cost me 1/4 the price of the hat to return it. Surprised they aren't more accommodating for Amazon returns, they must make a boat load of money off them. I will be going to a different store from now on. read more

I just there after dropping off something for work. One of the workers was standing there with who may have been the manager. As I was leaving the worker said really loud " I just don't get why every other person that walk in here wars a mask" The other guy agreed! I was appalled by this comment. It's a good UPS store. You come in and ship packages. Look, if you're going to be the customer that doesn't come in with a shipping label already pre-made and you're holding up the line, YOU are the problem, not everyone else that doesn't. The rest of us know how to pre package our stuff, drop it off, use technology driven solutions like mobile tracking, and we carry on with our lives. If there's an issue, you file a complaint and leave it at that. If I recall correctly, UPS lets you insure items up to $100, so take advantage of that. I can't say I've never had an issue shipping, but I also knew the processes and policies well enough not to stress out, and more importantly, not write 1 star reviews. read more

We were told that we couldn't use a AAA discount by an employee but when we saw the sign on the store and mentioned it, the owner came out , apologized and refunded the discount with a smile. Very genuine guy! My husband is on disability, so every dollar counts right now. I will definitely come here again. read more

I had couple items to drop off for the Amazon return so i stopped the store on my way to work in the early morning. The store was empty and no customers were waiting in line. The guy at the counter with angry tone kept asking if i was ready for the next item or if it was the last item while i was trying to pull out the QR codes on my phone. I'm very new to this online review thing, but I have to acknowledge and thank the Notary Public that went the extra mile to help my dad in getting, printing and notarizing the right form. This place was our third stop after AAA and two other stores that couldn't help identifying which form my dad needed to give me power of attorney. Just by asking few simple questions Sam the Notary was able get us that legal form and notarized it. Our bank finally accepted that notarized form and now I can help my dad manage and pay his bills. The staff at this store REFUSES to wear a MASK to protect customers. I needed to return items from Amazon and was directed to go to this store. The man at the front counter was helping a customer in front of me with no mask on, during my turn I did not move closer and told him it was stressing me out he did not have a mask on. His cheeks were flush already and he clearly did not want me to question him. I told him I don't feel safe. A co-worker of his came in, carrying lunch and a few other items, NOT wearing a mask either. Not worth the risk. I left the store. Several customers were in the store, everyone had masks on except the staff. NO GLOVES, NO Protection screens, NOTHING to keep customers safe. I have used this place for years with no issues and different employees but no more. read more

I walked in and told the man that I had an Amazon return and under his breath he said "Of course you do" as if it was my problem he had to his job. This UPS STORE let's me complete the day at 5pm and still ship same day by getting DAILY UPS out bound shipments there shortly after 5pm... this has really made a difference to every customer waiting on their individual shipments... it cuts a full day off shipping time as compared to having to wait till your daily UPS driver returns the following day if he had already been by earlier that day. Worthless and entirely incompetent. Sent a package to my address instead of the address clearly entered on the label by the sender. I tried calling their customer service, and they offered no option to speak to a live agent. I then tried their customer service chat from their website, and they refused to take responsibility, and would not even provide the phone number of the UPS Store in Fullerton (#4097) that made the error. Astoundingly pathetic. Do not trust them to deliver your package, because when they send it to a wrong address (and I've received several packages meant for other addresses), they will not try to pick-up the package and deliver it to the correct address. They won't even help you find the UPS Store that made the error!!! read more

John was so helpful in finding the smallest box possible to fit my item and the least expensive way to get it halfway across the country. He made the process very easy and he was very friendly. Very disappointing. Made an appointment first thing in the morning for a 1:00pm notarizing of a power of attorney. Had to get notarized and overnighted ASAP. Got there at 1:00pm and was told the notary took off to go to lunch or something. Asked the guy behind the counter to call him and he did. Notary apparently told him he had something to do and would be back in a half hour. No effing way. We went to a man named Young at International Mailbox in Fullerton and we were treated to excellent service at a cost much less than the UPS Store on Bastanchury. Don't waste your time. I'm not a fan of UPS corporate and this reminded me that everything UPS touches turns to crap. read more

Yes Adrienne IS wonderful, it's unfortunate she is the victim of a bully. I've been a business owner in Fullerton since 1990 and have had my box at this shop since about 2001 with no incidents UNTIL Sam came onto the scene. Coincidence? I think NOT... She confided she couldn't keep help after I commented about the "revolving door" of her employees. Her employees confided she was being "controlled" by him... it's called BULLYING people. Really, with what's going on nowadays? Then when I tried to have a conversation with HER - HE inserted himself, despite my request to speak with HER... Try to bully me? I don't think so! *sigh* If you look at the reviews HE responded to one (he's NOT the owner). Maybe if enough people post their comments about this situation (I know I'm not the only witness) and we avoid people like this and he gets HELP... well, pray for her!
