I was reviewing a legal document that my family member had put together years ago. I noticed that there was a place for myself to sign on that document that was never notarized. In panic mode, I started to message mobile notaries that were available NOW! One responded by saying that she wasn't available until tomorrow. Jonathan responded quickly and said that he could be here very soon. Given that this was an emergency situation, I asked Jonathan to meet me at a location to make sure that the document had all signatures notarized. Jonathan showed up much quicker than I had anticipated. I was anxiously awaiting his arrival!! He met me in the hallway and I produced the document for him. He went over the process with me and determined what we would need to do. I gave him my ID, signed the document, he added the page to the document to verify that a notary public was present when I signed, and I left my thumbprint in the notary log book. Jonathan was more expensive than others but given that the situation was a bit of an emergency, it was well worth the price. I really appreciate Jonathan showing up quickly. He made a difficult situation a bit easier for us. Jonathan was very professional and easy to work with. If I'm ever in a bind, I wouldn't hesitate to use his services. Last minute notaries aren't always easy to find nor can they get to you in record time. Thank you for helping us out when we needed it the most! read more

The turnaround was very fast -- they completed everything and had it ready to ship in about a week, which was impressive. However, the business ethics and customer service afterward were completely unacceptable. Before paying, I explicitly told them the destination was Iloilo. They took 10 minutes to check it and came back with a specific shipping estimate of $59, bringing my total invoice to $333, which I paid in full. Once the work was completed, they suddenly demanded an additional $70, claiming my specific neighborhood (Oton) was "outside the delivery zone." When I pointed out that it is right within the Iloilo region I had already disclosed, they blamed FedEx and refused to take accountability. As a business owner myself, I know that if you fail to verify the full delivery details before giving a firm quote, you eat the cost of your own mistake--you don't pass it onto the client. Because I was overseas and on a tight budget, I offered a fair compromise to split the difference and pay $35 extra. They flatly refused and gave me a ridiculous ultimatum: pay the full amount, or arrange my own international courier to physically pick up the package from their California office. Knowing how nearly impossible that is to coordinate from the Philippines, I had no choice but to pay the $70 ransom just to get my own essential documents released, bringing the total to $403. A fast turnaround does not justify a bait-and-switch. They used intense leverage to force an extra payment over their own careless quoting. Future clients, beware of the upfront pricing terms.

Several hours later, at approximately 12:27 PM on March 9, 2026, after the hearing had already ended, the company sent a report containing alleged service attempts from March 5 through March 8. My concern is not simply whether service attempts were made. My concern is that the information was not made available before the hearing, when it was actually needed. As a result, the service had no practical value to me at the time of the court proceeding. After I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer, the company continued to send invoices and informed me that finance charges would accumulate and that the account may eventually be sent to collections.
