I found this business on Yelp and called to confirm if it would be possible for me to walk-in with 15 minutes until closing time. Catalina/Lourdes (I am not sure which name she prefers) answered the phone quickly, was kind, and said to stop by. Upon my arrival I found out she typically completes the last service at 6 pm but is open until 7 pm. She just finished working with someone and also said she had a meeting scheduled soon but would squeeze me in and didn't mind running late. I was very appreciative! She was thorough with getting clear scans of all my fingerprints, took her time to ensure all my information on the form was accurate, and was pleasant to speak to while I waited. She is so friendly and personable, we talked about her loving Vietnamese food and enjoying Oxtail Pho after she learned about my ethnicity. Overall, Ms. Meza is awesome! The people assisting us very nice, and made sure we were taken care of quickly. They helped 4-5 people within 10-15 we were there. They took care of our passport photos with the quickness!
