Not sure if he hung up on me or the call dropped. But I called right away and the girl said she would have him call me back after he gets off the call.. how are you on another call already when we hadn't finished our conversation yet??? So rude he didn't even call back!! So this morning (wanted to give them a 2nd chance) I called again and prob spoke to the same girl, said she would have him call me back between 12:30-1pm.
