Not only did they fail to provide me with the most important documents at the conclusion of my case, but they also showed no accountability or professionalism--there wasn't even an apology for the lack of communication or service. In my experience, We The People (at this location) was unprofessional, unresponsive, and failed to deliver the basic follow-through I expected. I cannot recommend them.

Now they're blackmailing me to remove my reviews "if" I want the refund, in spite of the fact it's what they have already promised and confirmed. I am a very fair person and if they did follow through what they promised I was willing to update the review, however, they can't buy my free right now... after 7 weeks?
