Ella is an absolute rockstar! Super intelligent, punctual, and precise. She has excellent communication and listening skills and took the time to explain everything in terms that we could understand. Most of all, she is honest, was sensitive to my needs, and genuine. Ella assisted my husband and I with estate planning and took care of everything expeditiously! Her office, conveniently located off of Harbor Boulevard in Fullerton, California was easy to get to. And her pricing is extremely reasonable; probably the best you can find in Orange County! I couldn't have asked for better guidance in ensuring my family's future interests are protected for generations to come! read more

I recently contacted Ella for trust administration and family estate planning. After setting up an initial call, she requested a digitized version of the trust so she could review it ahead of our Zoom meeting scheduled for a few days later. I scanned and emailed the documents as requested the next day.  Leading up to our confirmed appointment, she reached out to tell me she had gone over the trust and included a few questions, to which I replied with answers and a few follow-up questions of my own. I wanted clarification so I wouldn't go into the Zoom call unprepared, but she never replied in the days that followed.  By the day of the appointment, I wasn't even sure the meeting would still take place due to her lack of communication in answering my last email. Minutes before the scheduled time, I received a text from her saying she was running late and asking to push the call back. Given the complete lack of communication and preparation during the prior week, I decided to postpone the call.  The next day, Ella emailed me title information for the property along with fee quotes. I replied directly, acknowledging her initiative in pulling title but expressing clear disappointment regarding the lack of communication prior to our scheduled appointment. I offered to connect later that week to discuss expectations and next steps. Ella never replied. After two full days of silence, I officially cut ties and instructed her to disregard my matter.  Handling an estate requires basic reliability, punctuality, and responsiveness. Because none of those standards were met, my search continues. read more

Ella Gentile helped my husband and I set up our family trust. The whole process was extremely smooth and low stress. Even though we had to make some serious decisions, Ella helped break down the legal terms into very understandable language. She also gave us a list of actionable steps to complete before our first in-person meeting. Her excellent communication helped prepare us for what to expect and made the signing process quick and easy. On top of all that, her office is beautiful! She even had a basket of toys and snacks available for our kids while we sat to go over all of the paperwork. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Ella Gentile and we are confident to refer her services to everyone we know. read more

I Requested assistance in setting up financial and medical POA's for my 87 y/o single brother, no kids who was now residing in a convalescent hospital. I also had a question regarding if there was a need for setting up a trust for someone whose only asset was to be part owner of a family home. Ella reassured us our case was within her area of expertise and what was just as important, she understood time was of the essence! She was expedient in setting up a meeting first to get more information from us and a second to sign and receive all paperwork that she drafted and notarized in 3days! (The word out there is that it could take 6wks to 2months to draft paperwork and cost several thousand dollars!) My goodness what a blessing she is as it all got done as promised. Attorney, Ella Gentile is a young, kind, compassionate, reassuring, patient professional, making you feel there is nothing more important than helping you navigate through a very complex situation. Ella's services were not exorbitant by any means, in fact, in some cases 50% less than several other attorneys providing the same work. It would be an understatement to say she is fantastic. I highly recommend her services several times over. I will definitely recommend her to as many of my friends and family who need Wills/Trusts/Estate work done. Ella you are the best! God Bless You. read more

We had to find a lawyer after my mom passed so I looked up estate lawyers and Ella Gentile popped up with the best reviews. I called and she got back to me in a timely manner. After explaining what I needed, we scheduled a free consultation. We went to her office and explained my mom passed and left a trust and so we needed to know what to do next. Ella looked over the trust and explained very thoroughly what our next steps should be and recommended getting our own trust done so everything would be wrapped up, done, and taken care of. We just bought a home and had a baby. We needed to have a living trust and pour over will in place to ensure our baby and future babies are cared for if anything were to happen to both of us. We tried referrals from legal zoom and the firm was rude. We instead decided to put out a quote request via Yelp to multiple firms and not only was Ella responsive to the request, she answered my call to go over a few questions to confirm what our family needed. We scheduled a zoom call. It was so convenient to schedule and reschedule. Especially with having a baby and both of us having full-time jobs, the fact she met on Saturdays made her our #1 choice. She explained estate planning legal terms to us very clearly. At the end of the zoom call, we knew we were making the right decision to move forward. The day of signing, she went over questions with us before we proceed to sign. Comparing Ella to other firms, she provides the must comprehensive and tailored service for estate planning. She is so responsive, organized, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Thank you, Ella! You are truly the best! read more
