I am very torn about this review since Atty. Nicole Newman and her office manager were really great, but not her paralegal Sarah Boster. She is very incompetent and unprofessional. It felt like prying something out of a corpse's hand getting information from her. She would lie about calling back and would not take the initiative to call or email with an update on my Mum's probate case. The things I have discussed with Atty. Newman when we initially met up was not the same information she provided just to brush me off and then, instead of admitting that my case was not within her capabilities and have someone else who does take charge of it, when I was asking for someone else to do so, she just disconnected my call. read more

Very disappointed with the service. Newman Law Group prepared my mom's estate plan. After my mom passed away, I sought their guidance and assistance, being a co-trustee to the estate. A year passed and there was no action. I would call, leave several messages, send e-mails, and plead with them to respond. It's either no response or I would be given the run around. I would have appreciated it if they would have had the courage to be honest and tell me that they do not want to assist or represent me. So much time has already been wasted. I recently attended a estate plan seminar/presentation, and I discovered a couple of flaws in the estate plan that was prepared. I have to retain another estate attorney to assist in fixing the issue and get the administration started. It's a great disservice to the owner of the estate plan and the heirs who are still waiting to be notified and receive what their mom or grandma left for them. PLEASE, do NOT do these to people or treat clients this way! read more

Cheaper than most we found. Seemed similar to others. Very responsive when you set up but when trying to modify and payout is much less, not responsive and take months (or over a year in our case) to get anything done. For complicated case, look elsewhere. read more
