We started our estate planning process with this firm, handing over all of the requested documents. We then received a form with all of the basic information entered. When we asked to review the prepared documents, we were told that we first needed to set a date for signing the documents. We went back and forth on that but eventually relented to scheduling a date. Not sure what happened but we never received any documents to review. The signing date came and went with no contact from the firm. No kidding, I'd give them all the stars in the universe, but I can only give them 5. I lost my best friend, my father, in 2020. He didn't have a trust and was working on his will when he passed. If I had known then what I know now, I would have pressured my dad into creating a trust. Doing so would have spared me the pain of losing my sister and nephews through the painful process of probate. My sister and I were inseparable. Never would I have thought greed would be a factor in any way. It was hard enough losing my dad. It's been over four years, and there is still no closure; we are still in probate. I learned from this harsh and heartbreaking experience and did my research. While searching for an estate attorney, I sent the request out on Yelp and The Wagon Legacy was the first one to respond to me. I checked out their website (very professional, with real photos and informative) and Yelp review which is the most I've seen compared to other places. The appointment process was simple. I set up a call the same day and I briefly shared my situation and I was given a price range and info. I then made an appointment for the same week and you are charged a refundable $50 fee for the consultation. (If you use their service moving forward, they will subtract $50 from the fee, if you don't use them, you get it refunded). All the information I needed was sent to me via email and I met with Julie who was a pleasure to talk with and was very informative. While I won't be using their services for this particular issues, she gave me good advice and kept communications with her open if I need further help. I also got my refund quickly after informing them of my decision. In the future, I do plan to use them for estate planning with my wife. Highly recommended. read more

I found the Wagon Legacy to be responsive, gathering details for in-take and scheduling a meeting with immediacy. They have a streamlined system with questionnaire, text and email follow-up, Zoom options as well. They have truly embraced technology for the benefit of their customers. I sent them a summary of my situation and unfortunately they could not assist, so they immediately called to cancel my appointment, refund my consultation fee, and referred me to another party. I do wish I could have worked with them because they seemed efficient and trustworthy. Disorganized or too busy? Alex's assistant Camilo Herrera said it was okay for us to have a phone conference call without all parties present in order for us to gather information. We set an appointment on this agreement. He changed the agreement, emailing me that the meeting would have to be on Zoom, which one of the parties can't operate, and that all parties need to be present on the first call. I informed him that I would then have to cancel the meeting. I asked if we could keep the meeting under the originally agreed upon terms or reschedule the meeting to another day. Several days later and he hasn't responded to any of my emails. He originally stated that the process would take 4-6 weeks. All this causes me to believe they are either disorganized or too busy. read more
