I scanned and emailed the documents as requested the next day.  Leading up to our confirmed appointment, she reached out to tell me she had gone over the trust and included a few questions, to which I replied with answers and a few follow-up questions of my own. I wanted clarification so I wouldn't go into the Zoom call unprepared, but she never replied in the days that followed.  By the day of the appointment, I wasn't even sure the meeting would still take place due to her lack of communication in answering my last email. Minutes before the scheduled time, I received a text from her saying she was running late and asking to push the call back. Given the complete lack of communication and preparation during the prior week, I decided to postpone the call.  The next day, Ella emailed me title information for the property along with fee quotes. I replied directly, acknowledging her initiative in pulling title but expressing clear disappointment regarding the lack of communication prior to our scheduled appointment. I offered to connect later that week to discuss expectations and next steps. Ella never replied. After two full days of silence, I officially cut ties and instructed her to disregard my matter.  Handling an estate requires basic reliability, punctuality, and responsiveness. He doesn't know what the word " litigation" means. He delayed and caused tremendous damage to my case by not doing his job, and he did it on purpose to favor insurance company. A previous review, from another client had the same experience. He's more suited to mixing cement at a construction site. There's no value here, just a huge headache if you hire him. Even the referral agency that referred him was sending a report to State Bar due to his lack of professionalism, ethics. It cannot get any worse than this.
