Ok, I love to give '5' stars for great customer service! I spoke with Sarah over the phone (that is one star, at least, for starters instead of communicating by text..texting not good first impression). WHOO! I called Sarah yesterday the 17th, and explained my issue. My apartment manager was supposed to be served our restraining order, and was hiding in her apartment, refusing to answer the door to the sheriff, THREE times. She told me that studio city was a bit far so the charge would be $65, and to save me the money and issues, recommended me to Omar! Omar is in studio city, and immediately we came up with a couple of game plans to get her served when she came out of her apartment. Today is the 18th, we got her served in LESS than 24 hours after I sent Omar payment with good old fashioned teamwork. I saw my manager doing laundry, called Omar, and he came over in twenty min flat from another job. He doesn't have his own yelp so this is double 5 star for Sarah, all the help she gave me, plus the referral and Omar's amazing turnaround time. Can't escape from these papers hehe read more

Well, I've never wanted to go to court and thank God, I never had to go, but unfortunately I found myself there. I was new to the whole process and had no idea what I was doing especially when it came to serving. I had dealt with rude court clerks and I was nervous to call LA Process Servers because I did not know what to expect. When Sarah picked up the phone she was instantly welcoming. To say that Sarah earns her keep would be an understatement. We needed to serve a very evasive defendant and she just kept going back and trying tenaciously. Even convinced the neighbors to help and tip her off when the guy was home and send her photos of him in front of the house to prove that it was his home.
