He was pleasant to talk to but he didn't have a website and I asked him to send m a link to pay via card. He stopped all conversations and didn't reply to any of my requests for updates. Today, 3 days later he calls me to tell me that he went to serve documents but Agent wasn't there. I asked why he would just go without any follow up conversation. I can see why Rick has glowing reviews and I'm so glad that I trusted these reviews and went with Rick as my private process server, after shopping around for 5-6 others. I had to serve my landlord and her LLC for a small claims case and Rick was so patient and understanding with the whole process even though things got a little complicated, while I was trying to figure out who to serve for the LLC (turns out the registered agent listed for the LLC was listed without his consent or knowledge). Either way, we ended up serving both the landlord and her LLC successfully, and Rick even shared photos/videos of her being served as evidence. I know from previous tenants' experiences that she is extremely hard to serve so this was a huge relief. If you need papers served, I would highly recommend going with Rick. I'm dealing with my first small claims case, and I needed my papers served to the defendant. I tried using the sheriffs to serve the papers, but they told me that they tried 3 times, where they heard people inside with the tv on and the dogs barking, but the defendant refused to answer the door. After 2+ weeks, I received documents from the Sheriffs office that they could not serve the papers, due to the defendant being "evasive."
