He then did in fact do the calling (and provided evidence of this!), and managed to wrangle all the hard work of arranging a service time. Basically I feel like I got "Private Eye" detective level of service here for just regular process serving cost. Super recommended, great communication, and seems to be totally on the ball. So far, I've used four process servers: two were great (including LA Pro Servers), and the other two were hilariously bad.
