I was a bit skeptical but I thought giving it a try anyways and contacted her and left her a detailed voicemail. I highly recommend this place. We went here for a living trust, and Moryah communicates directly and very well. She is easy to reach via email, phone call, and text. I believe it's about $600. Moryah will do a phone call meeting after you fill out a worksheet. Once she is ready, you will make an appointment to go into the office to sign tons of paperwork. It's kind of overwhelming, because you technically should get all of your witness signatures and the signatures of the people you delegate ASAP. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to have a checklist of all the things that you need to do like transfer your joint account in the name of the living trust. I ended up jotting things on a post it, but I emailed her month afterwards, and she was very helpful in explaining it again to me. read more

It was such a relief the moment I gave up trying to deal with the beauracracy that is trying to get divorced on your own and reached out to give Moryah a call. Most people don't get divorced a ton, so when it comes time, it's hard to know where to start. I was over confident and thought I could do this on my own and with the help of the folks the court provides. Cut to 5 years of back and forth, paperwork being rejected, restarts, upsetting my ex and current relationships. Let me break it down for you a bit. It is much easier to get married than divorced. It's set up that way, I get it. But when it comes to a divorce, you either have a messy divorce; lots of assets to divide, children to worry about and so forth. If that's the case, a lawyer may be needed because arguments are to be had. But beware, all lawyers want to do is try and start fights because that means they will win because you will pay their time to resolve everything. But in my case, we were amicable, it was just a break up, but the state is involved with our break up. If your situation is the latter, please save yourself time and headache and do not try and do this on your own. Now let me say, I get why you want to do it on your own. You feel like getting a lawyer involved, or anyone outside of you, will potentially blow up the situation, and cause you to lose whatever assets you have. I get that concern. But... If you're going to do it on. your own, imagine the worse possible version of the DMV you can imagine and multiply it times a 1000. It is quite literally the 10 steps of Dante's inferno. The paperwork is insane, and then there is the waiting period, and then not knowing if things are rejected and then having to redo this. I remember being in line once right before I reached out to Moryah, and a guy was there with his pamphlet, and he was ready to do it all on his own. I'm like man, save yourself some time. This is the worse thing you can possibly do. He had this arragont look on his face, like 'that's cause you're dumb, I'll be able to figure it out.' Well, I'm not a moron, and I could not figure this out. It is nearly impossible to do on your own. You will hear horror stories by people waiting in line. The court doesn't tell you, 'hey there are people that can help you with this.' They have paralegals there that will help for free, but you have to book them and wait like months to meet with them. And then if anything is wrong, you have to book again and wait months. Cut to 5 years of waiting for me. Not to mention that it is so demoralizing the whole time. Anyway, I will leave with this. A wise person learns from other's mistakes, a fool learns from their own. Don't be a fool...learn from me, skip years of headaches, pissing off your ex, annoying asks from your family of 'so are you divorced yet?' current girlfriends complaining. Ugh, just thinking about it all, what a releif. You will be in good hands with Moryah. It is reasonably priced, she has done this a bazillion times, you are about to do it for the first time. She is professional, she will get it done smoothly, fast and accurate and without having skin in the game. Meaning, she's not going to try and stir up the pot in order to make more money. A few months ago I asked Moryah T. Patron, from The Document Specialists, if she could help set up a Living Trust. Before contacting her I had purchased a Living Trust package from NOLO Press so I could do it myself. They had a lot of great info. I filled out a lot of documents online and believe I was on the right track. But when it came to filing with the county and filling out the proper forms I felt like I was in over my head. There were videos online that point you in the right direction. One in particular was very helpful until it ended just short of sharing all the secrets. to do. (Even if he had shared everything, there is more to it than I was aware.) The video was put together by an attorney and I contacted him and he said he could take care of it for $5000. I bet he could. Seriously he could do it. But it was $5k. I contacted another paralegal type group on the West Side of LA. They wanted $900 or maybe it was $1500. I had used Moryah's services before and she was AWESOME with a capital AWE! So why did I wait to use her again? Cuz I was no longer on the Glendale side of town. I reached out to her and she said she could handle the living trust for $600 or so. Could be a little less but I wanted her to handle everything. (There are some things you can do yourself and she can tell you what those are.)
