Had the great fortune of getting recommended Getem for my process service. Talking with Johnny was really affirming because of his knowledge and tenacity. His team was able to serve the defendant in a small claims, in less than 24hrs after the sheriff in Palm Desert was unable to. Sheriff called the defendant to ask if he lived at the address, defendant denied his residence and the sheriff gave up. There were a few issues when it came to serving my ex husband. He was extremely difficult to serve and I stated that in my order. My ex husband was evading getting served and that was a big headache because they were unsuccessful serving him. They were quick to respond, and accommodating to my request since it required the defendant to be located at different addresses due to his evasiveness. They were able to do substitute service and did a rush submission to the court. I was looking for a process server for an unlawful detainer. I reached out to a few process servers. They did the impossible. I didn't have a unit number, only an address to the complex, sent them a screen shot of the general location of the person in the complex using find my and their iCloud info. I had a very short time to serve a landlord (less than 1 week), and I enlisted a friend to serve the landlord. They knew they were going to be served and therefore would not open the door.
