Honest!!!!!!! Excellent services!!! I say services because my husband and I truly needed guidance, advice and execution of multiple items. Spoke to Steven, expressed our custody issue and he was straight forward and honest, gave us a thorough rundown and estimate from when it starts to even with hiccups. We told him we had two other consultations in the next couple of hours and he said for us to speak with them and if we had any questions to contact him. I am a tenant that became disabled. Steve did an amazing job with my eviction! I could talk to him and he looked over my paperwork in person instead of sending a PDF and they see if they'd do it from jump. He always knew who I was when I called or text. Although this company is less expensive, I had exceptional service and help. I live in NoHo, my courthouse was Pasadena and I only had to drive to the office once. If you are in a serious situation and need to apply for disability, you will find that social security will tell you thanks for applying, you will hear back in 6-7 months. I received a questionnaire after 7 months and got an appointment for a social security doctor after 9 months. I'm positive I'm not the only person in this position. On a side note, I tried self help and the free 20 min lawyer. I got a bunch of bad advice. If I had not talked to the landlord's attorney or filed the unlawful detainer myself, I would have had 60 more days to move out. Steve did still get my back rent gone. Call Steve first and let him handle it. Don't mess up your options doing it alone from the beginning. read more
