So now fast forward to today, where I have won my case, but the cheap landlord won't pay me, and once again I felt lost, basically, now what am I gonna do? If this is your first time suing someone, you might initially feel like a professional process server charges a lot for what seems like simply handing over papers, but trust me, his fees are more than reasonable.
