Excellent customer service and work! I had a great experience working with them. I am extremely busy and used them for our business sweatshirts. They worked with me via email which is my preference. she did the colors better then the last company we used and they are all very uniform and nicely printed. Very quick and efficient. Even got some extra company sweatshirts for the kids!

Heather Bennett, Thank You isn't enough for your kindness. I came in wanting a shirt made with pictures of my nephew that had recently passed away. You made it perfect and I know he would have loved it too. Your generosity was unnecessary but greatly appreciated Thank you for giving me something that I can wear and show everyone how special he is to me.

I love themmm!! My shirts came out awesome

I was hesitant to come into the shop because of the previous reviews but I needed shirts done ASAP. They were really nice and my shirts came out exactly how I asked! The prices were really reasonable too. I would definitely go back.

I had no problems with the customer service, they were actually extremely polite with me. However, having been in the graphic design industry myself, I know that even the smallest details are EVERYTHING. I really wish I had checked with Yelp before going with them. Granted, we needed a rush job for a charity 5k walk we were doing that weekend and we came to them on Wednesday of that week, but it was an order for 10 white t-shirts with a simple logo and 1 line of text. This should have been a slam dunk. Here's the story: I emailed them with what I needed, very clearly stated. I've been in graphic design and I know that I have to be explicit with what I want or else I end up with something messed up. We exchanged several emails because the logo needed to be re-sized and put into different formats, no big deal. Anyway, the shirts were scheduled to be done by Friday afternoon, and I get an email that morning with the final layout of the logo, but the text is missing. I email back and ask where the text is, and get the response that they didn't know about this, but they'll take care of it. Big red flag. I send them the text 1 more time, just to make sure that they get it right. So, I show up at the pickup time and check out the shirts, they seem ok, but there's a glaring typo/grammar error in the text. FML. We needed the shirts the next morning and they were about to close. I did the math in my head and figured I'd take the loss and just Sharpie in the correction rather than risk them messing it up again. See the error here: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/MPplAVKFHSQGOhFM76VSYw?select=Vmk9Z8xEvgcF-AAcrT9Q0w This is inexcusable. I can understand if English isn't a first language, but if the text is given to you several times, in quotes even, chances are you should get it right. Check, check, and triple-check your work is the rule in design, especially with t-shirts. One letter off can F up everything! $15/shirt with the quality of printing we got was waaaay too much, as well. The designs were pretty much ironed on. I've worked with companies in the past that have done far better work for almost half that price. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for our t-shirt needs in the future.

i went to this location when i was in my sophomore year of high school and i wanted them to write the name of a company on a sweatshirt embroidered on the front and screen printed on the back. it was a one color process with the screen printing and the embroidery was 8 letters. they messed up the capitalization on the embroidery (which made it say something different)and the screen printing was done too thin. (which caused it to crack in the wash very quickly) all of this happened and it wasn't very cheap. not only that, but when i ordered the shirts the Oriental owner was very rude to me. from my experience; i would not go there again, and i would suggest that others go elsewhere if they want a quality job done at a better price.

I needed (12) t-shirts for a triathlon (athletes plus fans) with my Grandpa's last name on the back and an awesome quote in the front. I brought in my shirts and they screen printed them with a white clean/simple font that I asked for. They went above and beyond what I asked for and provided the best surprise for my mom! I even came in two days before the triathlon and they made it happen! Definitely recommend!

More Than Just A Frame…read more Went to Hobby Lobby looking for a picture frame for a short poem that means a great deal to me. I quickly became puzzled over the frame color, size, and whether to use a mat or not. Thankfully, Kim came to the rescue. She was patient, thoughtful, and walked through several options with me without ever making me feel rushed. With her wonderful eye and expertise, we found a frame that fit perfectly, and adding the mat made the poem look so dimensional and lovely. It truly brought the piece to life. I also didn't realize they do custom framing, and that really fills a gap left when our local art store was lost during Covid. It is comforting to know there is still a place where people genuinely care about helping you create something meaningful and beautiful. Thank you, Kim, for making what felt overwhelming into such a warm and lovely experience.

It's a pretty big and spacious Hobby Lobby…read more I don't usually go to Hobby Lobby as it's more convenient for me to locate a Michael's closer to me, but it's always nice to stop by when I get the chance too since there's always a mish mash of neat things that they have, either for cosplay, gifts for others, arts and crafts, etc. We're still 10+ days until Valentine's Day, but they were already clearing a good chunk of that out and all of the Easter stuff has been moved in. It's the same as any other arts and crafts store, you gotta be at LEAST 2 months early to get the best pick of the batch. Though on the other hand, you can get the super clearance items later on in the holiday season. I liked that there's lots of cute prints for their fabrics and different textures, seeing that most Walmarts don't have this anymore and Joann's is completely decimated. I think my main issues are all of the AI SLOP art that's being sold to those who cannot tell the difference and the fact that there was shoplifting randomly during our visit. Sucks, but yeah, it's mostly the AI slop that sickens me. I couldn't find anything that I needed during my visit, but my friend got some cupcake liners since the ones she ordered online were mini even though the website said nothing about the sizing, so she assumed they were regular sized. They, of course, had no Valentine's Day ones leftover, so she found cute bow ones. For on sale and clearance items, it works!
