This whole experience has been awful. They screwed up the files mid way through and we had to resubmit everything and then never double checked the shipping address when we switched from pick up to shipping. We agreed on a date and they were a week late... Waited 48 hours after payment to actually take packages to the post office and then lied about it. Immediately blamed every issue on me with absolutely zero regard for customer service and then refused to even discuss options to help make things right. Even when they sent out embroidery in the wrong color they blamed us as if they didn't have the color code for our logo color. I've never dealt with a company so unwilling to work with their customers. Will absolutely never use again and recommend you stay clear. Most reviews seem to be good so I don't know what happened but I highly regret my $3,000+ order with them. read more

It was my first time getting some hats made for my buddy's bachelor party and I had never done anything like this before but the guy at the shop made it super easy in getting my logo made and actually put on the hat. After nearly 9 months of waiting, i walked away with nothing but the blanks i dropped off for their "quick turn around service." Save your time and money and find another reputable embroidery company. I read their yelp reviews and was convinced that these were the guys for the job. Clearly after 9 months of going back and forth with Nick telling me they're starting it "this week", i was completely wrong about these guys. I wasted so much time waiting on these guys, and I know that I should have pulled out from these guys long ago. But being the nice guy that I am, i wanted to see them through and give them a shot because i figured they may just be that busy. However, I found out that my project was constantly being pushed back so they can accommodate others, even if my project was dropped off WAY BEFORE the other people. I am still pretty upset and frustrated with these guys and I do not recommend these guys AT ALL to anyone looking to get work done in a TIMELY manner. 9 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR THEM TO FINISH 72 PIECES OF APPAREL IS RIDICULOUS.
