I decided to have them do our t-shirts and if they were not satisfactory, we would not use them for future projects. I spoke with Tom and he was very professional. He was able to work with me on the font, logo, color of shirts and the various sizes for 38+ 1 doggy shirt I requested. Unfortunately, due to the short notice I gave Tom, his vendors were unable to ship the doggy shirt I needed, but Tom made the effort to reach out to various vendors; that speaks volumes of his work ethic. As for the t-shirts, they were exactly as I ordered; the sizes were correct, the fabric was soft and of good quality at an affordable price. They looked professional, not cheap. See Mammoth Lakes group picture. But wait, it gets better. A week later, at 3:00pm on the day of the NWA movie release, my sister called me to ask if "my t-shirt guy" sold NWA shirts. I told her I didn't know, but I would send her his number. Lo and behold, Tom had NWA t-shirts printed and ready to be picked-up at 5:00pm! Is that incredible customer service or what???!!! My sister and her friends were so impressed, they will be ordering all their custom t-shirts at Theory Printing. See NWA t-shirt pictures. They do so much more than printing t-shirts. The only thing I wish they did was offer us a more definite time frame of when the stoles would be ready or an estimated date. I had asked them a few different times throughout a few months with emails to make sure they were there before our graduation date. They said they had sent a response about a week before the stoles were set to be finished, but on our end we never received it or the email system failed us. Regardless of this mishap, we gambled and bought stoles from elsewhere and we told them our situation and they didn't really seem to want to look into our situation so we paid for them regardless. But glad the stoles came out great and happy to support a local family business.

Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.
