They were able to make 3 custom patches and sew on 6 patches just as we wanted in 4 days just in time for me to wear my Son's letterman jacket to his Senior Day event. The "other place" who seems to have the corner on the Letterman Jacket market wanted to charge me $100 just to expedite and then I'm additional $180 to do the work...ThreadCraft was closer and $110 less...and they did it in half the time great work! thank you ladies, you save me! read more

Stephanie has always done a great job and bent over backward to get it done fast when needed. I had a couple shirts I needed done quickly and she was able to get it done within a couple days, no problem! On larger orders she always gets in done on time and is very reasonably priced. I take my stuff for embroidery and was greeted by a temp worker as the owner was on vacation. OK that is cool. I give her the .dst file for the embroidery and she does not know what that is. Ok now I am worried. I show her how to open the file and she thanks me. After 30 minutes of showing her how to open the file, measure, font, and size of writing, I give her 2 jackets, a robe and a hat. She tells me it will be ready in 7 days. 6 days later, I get an email from the owner that she just got a big order and it will be 2 weeks out after the 6 days. Hmmm...not cool. I am no longer able to wear by jacket and hat to the PGF Softball Tournament. Thanks for nothing. I will continue take my stuff to American Casual. I am a coach for 14 girls. So I called Threadcraft at 3:30 on Friday of a holiday weekend. Stephanie said to come in and that she would do it by 5 pm. She helped us pick the right font and color.
