I took the bag to their store. Mary and John were great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took their time showing us font options, picking thread color, and measuring and adjusting the mock-up of the name on the computer to help us find just the right size to use on the bag. Dr. DTG is the best embroidery machine and DTG printer sales and service in the L.A./O.C. area hands down. John is an expert at service and maintenance on just about every brand. We've bought all of our DTG machines from him and will continue to do so. If you plan on getting into DTG printing, you should know you're going to need service at some point. Having the same company who sold you equipment also do the repairs is essential in a business like this. Schedule permitting, John's been able to get us same day service on our machines when we've been in dire need. I purchased a single head SWF machine from John the owner of Dr. DTG. From the time I bought it the embroidery machine has been a complete lemon. John is great at selling machines but when it comes down to servicing it he has absolutely no time and he's off selling more machines. I would e-mail him to service it and it would take him weeks to get back to me. Recently, software had to be updated. We are dependent on this machine as each day it's down it costs us our livelihood. He took a part back with him to his shop a month ago and told us it would take a couple of days to fix. after a month he still didn't fix our machine. I have e-mail after e-mail from him saying he will get out to our shop to install it, or walk us through over the phone but each time it never happened. After waiting a month we called another service company on a friday and they came out the following Monday and took care of it. I have no problems paying for service but when you are down for a month on a key machine while the owner is selling and setting up other machines while he has your machine is just 100% unprofessional. If you want to purchase a machine from this company that is not the issue he will sell it to you and set it up and make you feel like the most important customer in the world but when there are issues with that machine he doesn't have the time or have the staff to service the machine. read more

Although this place seems like it's for larger orders they were able to accommodate my single order request in a timely professional manner. The price was also cheaper than other places in the region however those other places will get it done same day as they only have small volume orders. Dtg looks like they consistently have large orders to fill so took them a couple days to complete my request and have it ready. The work is done well and I left satisfied! read more
