I needed a name embroidered onto a softball bag. Contacted a couple of companies I found on Yelp, and decided to try Dr DTG & Embroidery because: - I got a timely response to my inquiry. - I liked the quality of the work I saw in the customers' pictures here on Yelp. - The info on the company's website was helpful. - The price and turnaround time I was quoted were great. I took the bag to their store. Mary and John were great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took their time showing us font options, picking thread color, and measuring and adjusting the mock-up of the name on the computer to help us find just the right size to use on the bag. The next day, I got a call letting me know the bag was ready. It looks great. I'd definitely use Dr DTG & Embroidery again, and will recommend them to others. read more

Mary is the absolute BEST everrrr! I have worked with this company since they were located in Fullerton off state college. I love personalized gifts, and when ever a close loved one or a friend finds out they are pregnant, my favorite gift to give is a personalized baby blanket. Mary is above and beyond in the quality of her work. She puts her heart into my orders I feel! So absolutely grateful I found her thank you for the beautiful work you do, and thank you for taking care of my orders. I will refer all my people your way! read more

My daughters graduation stole came out just beautiful! Thank you Dr DTG & Embroidery!!

I needed my daughters name embroidered on her bag for her first dance recital the following day. It was definitely a last minute decision to have her name embroidered so I needed the job done same day. I called at least a handful of places to see if the job could get done and was turned down. Mary at DTG & Embroidery was so friendly and was able to take on the job. The establishment is very modern and clean inside. The customer service I experienced with Mary was amazing! Mary was personable and professional. The job was completed in a couple of hours! Although I just had one small bag to be embroidered, it was so meaningful to me! I will definitely be a returning customer and more importantly I will refer this company to family and friends! read more

I came in with a very last minute request (I literally needed a stole embroidered with my graduating class and back to me in less than 12 hours) and they took it in with open arms! I had already been turned away by another company so this was a welcomed relief. Mary helped me pick the correct thread color to match and did an amazing job with it. Dr DTG & Embroidery - My stole came with my school logo, and I needed the "Class of 2020" embroidered for my pictures the next day! - Embroidery & Crochet Near Me - Brea, California

Terrible customer service. Refused to assist me with my questions or even have a conversation.

Recently I had John Echlin from Dr. DTG stop by to work on our embroidery machine. We have had 2-3 other technicians try to fix it without any success. John did a great job and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. He was very fair and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a machine repaired. read more

What a lifesaver, actually called them in a pinch needing embroidery done very quickly for a holiday Christmas party. Not only did they get it turned around in 24 hours, but honestly the best work we've ever had done for company logos. Customer for life much appreciated! read more

Dr. DTG is the best embroidery machine and DTG printer sales and service in the L.A./O.C. area hands down. John is an expert at service and maintenance on just about every brand. We've bought all of our DTG machines from him and will continue to do so. If you plan on getting into DTG printing, you should know you're going to need service at some point. Having the same company who sold you equipment also do the repairs is essential in a business like this. Schedule permitting, John's been able to get us same day service on our machines when we've been in dire need. John can also do your training on the machines, which he did for us, since we bought our first DTG machine from him and every one since. read more

I purchased a single head SWF machine from John the owner of Dr. DTG. From the time I bought it the embroidery machine has been a complete lemon. John is great at selling machines but when it comes down to servicing it he has absolutely no time and he's off selling more machines. I would e-mail him to service it and it would take him weeks to get back to me. Recently, software had to be updated. We are dependent on this machine as each day it's down it costs us our livelihood. He took a part back with him to his shop a month ago and told us it would take a couple of days to fix. after a month he still didn't fix our machine. I have e-mail after e-mail from him saying he will get out to our shop to install it, or walk us through over the phone but each time it never happened. After waiting a month we called another service company on a friday and they came out the following Monday and took care of it. I have no problems paying for service but when you are down for a month on a key machine while the owner is selling and setting up other machines while he has your machine is just 100% unprofessional. If you want to purchase a machine from this company that is not the issue he will sell it to you and set it up and make you feel like the most important customer in the world but when there are issues with that machine he doesn't have the time or have the staff to service the machine. read more

John is amazing! He was able to fix the leak issue with my dtg printer when the the manufacturer was not able to. He is a great person to work with and has a lot of knowledge with dtg printers! I highly recommend Dr. DTG for all your digital printing needs! read more

Although this place seems like it's for larger orders they were able to accommodate my single order request in a timely professional manner. The price was also cheaper than other places in the region however those other places will get it done same day as they only have small volume orders. Dtg looks like they consistently have large orders to fill so took them a couple days to complete my request and have it ready. The work is done well and I left satisfied! read more

Really awesome service. They did a single hat for me which many other business wouldn't do. They didn't only do it, but were happy to do it. They said they love the small projects! I thank God for them. Also they were able to deliver within a couple hours, same day service. Awesome. Highly recommended. read more

This place is an underrated embroidery shop in Fullerton that deserves to be known. Friendly, professional service with a variety of fonts and colors. Got the jacket I wanted embroidered the same day I brought it in. Best prices, fast service and amazing quality which is why this shop is 5 stars.
