Worst experience with a shirt printer in 10 years. I needed a rush short run order of shirts, and their website said they could do rush orders in three days. First, I had to make a phone appointment to ask questions. The first available appointment was four days out. I got five reminders via text an email about the phone appointment insisting I be on time. Then, they were 15 minutes late to the appointment and I missed the call. I finally got a hold of somebody via text a week after I initially contacted them. I sent him the art and the quantity, and they told me it would be seven days to produce. On the seventh day, I got a text message from the art department asking to approve a sample shirt. The text message that I had 15 minutes to respond or they were going to proceed as is. CRAZY. Nine minutes later I got another text from the art department saying they were moving forward. I quickly replied back and let them know I thought the design was a little large on the shirt. They replied back that the size was already approved on the initial order - essentially it didn't really matter what I thought now. I approve the design reluctantly, since I was expecting shirts in less than a week, and it had been two weeks since I initially contacted them. Then, they shipped it to the right address, but the wrong name. This resulted in the order getting lost and never making it to my client in time. So now I'm stuck with a box of unsold shirts. I saw their pop-up ad on a Facebook and timing couldn't have been more perfect for masks. Our state was in lockdown and needed some, the internet offers so many. Especially appealing is that the company is California based and the masks are made onsite. While they offer other printing and embroidery services, I was strictly interested in purchasing a mask. I placed an order for 3 and received it in about 10 days. Soft cotton fabric, well made, easy to clean, durable, solid stitching...it's easy to tell the difference between front & back!! If you are a smaller brand with goals of scaling the and profitability, do not work with Garment Decor. They are good at creating overpriced products that can't be sold at consumer friendly price. They are only good for big brands that don't have budget concerns. I have spent close to $12k with them over the last 18 months and i still haven't been profitable in my business because of their pricing structure. One of their main sales reps Marcel saw how cool my brand activations were and offered me a partnership opportunity to provide me with more product for future events. First event was very successful and Marcel agreed to provide more product for a second event. I took his word in good faith and planned a second event that Garment Decor would later decide not to honor 2 days before the event. I literally was offered a partnership based around my events & then they wouldnt honor the partnership THAT THEY(Marcel) OFFERED! I will never work with Garment Decor again & unless you are a huge brand like amazon that just needs polos embroidered, I wouldn't recommend that you do either. I'd made some makeshift masks out of old cotton t-shirts, but they were sort of unwieldy and I wanted some reusable cotton masks that were better designed and well made. I saw the GarmentDecor.com ads on the web, looked over their inventory, phoned them for info, and placed an order online for a packet of 1 dozen masks. After the allotted time had passed for receipt of the goods, we had nothing. I got Ryan L. on the line, and as we talked it over while I perused my screen captures of the order placement, realized that a pop-up screen had covered over the ORDER button to finalize the sale. I told Ryan we needed these masks pretty badly, as the Principal I work for is elderly and his health stats ticked all the At Risk boxes for those most often infected with COVID-19. Ryan L. couldn't have been nicer, and despite their backlog of face mask orders, was sympathetic about our shipping glitch and allocated a dozen masks pronto, and sent them to us in Austin, Texas via Priority Shipping, USPS FIRST CLASS mail--and he comped the upgrade. We got the package just a few days later. How can you beat customer service that's THAT good? Their black cotton masks are very well made (in the U.S.), fit beautifully, are comfortable and are fully compliant with the CDC and WHO protocols for airborne viral protection. We've machine washed and dried them, and they're definitely reusable, we'll be able to use them for a good while if need be. I hope this review gets them tons of new orders. They don't standby their work. I suggest a different vendor. Garmet Decor screwed up the sizing on my order and is refusing to issue a refund for the incorrect merchandise. After I placed the order, I received an email detailing the estimate which correctly laid out the sizes I specified. The email also includes a link which sends you to a website to approve the order. Since the email estimate I received listed the quantity per-size I requested, I'll admit that isn't a detail I double checked on their website, nor do I feel like that should be the customers responsibility. They say they are not responsible for accidentally changing the sizing in their system since I approved the order. I offered to meet them halfway and pay for all the hoodies that were correct, and only asked for a refund for the few that came in sizes I did not ask for and have no use for. First, the masks from this company are excellent (and I have tried many). I own the 5 layer masks, and they have everything I need- a nose wire to improve the fit of the mask (and avoid fogged glasses), adjustable straps, and filter pockets to add an optional filter. The 5 layers also ensure that the mask is durable and thick, but still stays comfortable and breathable. I've worn these through full 8 hour days at work, and out on hikes/runs, and they hold up perfectly. They're also still holding up very well after repeated washings. With my last order, I received masks with straps that were too short to wear. I contacted customer service and Jecille made my day! She worked with me to get replacements shipped out quickly and her professionalism and responsiveness made me feel completely taken care of. In the midst of a pandemic, Garment Decor has shifted to producing masks that can be purchased in large packs. I initially discovered these masks on Etsy and placed an order for a 12 pack. Sadly, a few hours after placing my order, I noticed the Etsy shop was shutdown (for violating Etsy's handmade criteria according to the shop owner). The next day, I received a notification in my gmail from Garment Decor saying they were the company producing the masks and that all Etsy orders were shipping out that weekend and that shipping notifications would be sent. After 5 days, I did not not receive one, so I called Garment Decor and was told Etsy orders were in fact NOT being shipped as the prior email had stated. The representative I spoke with stated a refund to my credit card would be processed in 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 96 hours and there is still no refund. I'm probably going to have to file a claim with my credit card as I do not think one is going to materialize. In a pandemic, I understand that things may take longer, but that should be communicated to the customer. A pandemic is not an excuse for a lack of transparency and honesty. I understand they are a local business trying to support themselves, but their customers are just trying to survive as well. It is not right to hang on to a customer's hard earned money when you are not going to follow through on your end. I can't decide if they are truly so overwhelmed with orders they cannot communicate properly with customers or if they are just taking advantage of the vulnerable position people are in and scamming me. If you need masks, I'd look elsewhere. Normally I'd give one star, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and add an extra one. read more

Finally received my MASK order yesterday after 8 days. I bought a 6 pack for my family, for $45. Thats $7.50 a mask. Some feedback for everyone (not being negative, just honest feedback)... 1. Mask size: the masks are smaller than their video shows, pretty tight on the face and ears (that would really depend on your anatomy). The ear straps aren't very elastic, so they pull your ears down. 2. They shrink: Once you wash them, they shrink - this is T-Shirt cotton material. They should be made bigger to account for that shrinkage, as now they hardly cover the mouth and nose area. 3. Openings on all sides: once the mask shrinks, there are large opening on the nose area, and sides of the mask. 4. Stitching is professional: luckily the stitching is thorough, so it didn't rip the mask when I had to stretch it to fit my face and not chafe my ears. 5. They last through a machine wash: one of the only up-sides to these masks - keep it clean. I was trying to figure out how to return the rest of my mask order, but there are no instructions on how to do that either on the website or shipped with the products. I don't think these are fairly priced at $7.50 each, when other local companies have the exact same design for $5. But, these guys got the marketing right. I think what these guys are doing is admirable, and I'm going to use the mask simply because there was no way to initiate a return (and I've already tried one mask on). I also respect that they're trying to keep people employed as much as possible. Best of luck. read more
