Chris has been very helpful throughout the whole process of setting up your order and following up with you every step of the way. This helped reassure me a lot since I knew the design I requested was going to be a tricky one. He is very understanding of what you want your design to look like and strives to achieve that for you so you can have the best product you can have from Garment Decor. He deserves a 5 star. Aside from the great customer service, however, the print quality isn't exactly top-notch. The reason why I docked down a star is because of the quality I received and the amount of defects. Some of the prints were aligned differently so some where slightly off and some acceptable. The ink of the prints also clumped in certain areas so it looks bumpy. If the prints were consistent and clean with minimal defects handed to the customer, they would be great. Otherwise, I hope they can do a quality check beforehand. read more

Let me start off with a bit of back story. The company I work for hosts an annual competition and as such, provide the competitors with event tees. Last year I put the project out to bid with a number of vendors and we ultimately went with a vendor our company had been using for years. Garment Decor, though they did not win the bid was very competitive in the pricing and holds a great deal of pride in their service; so much so, that they reached out in a professional and friendly way to ask what if anything they could improve upon to perhaps win the bid in the future. This willingness and pride stuck with me. Fast forward one year later and our event was fast upon us. I had reached out to them and had received and immediate response from one of the two owners, Devyn. Very nice, down to earth and knowledgeable about his industry, you could sense the pride and passion he had and I later discovered that the co-owner was his brother Adryan. GD has implemented a streamlined process by which you can review quotes, mockups, samples and approve your project from start to finish via an online portal. Their level of communication is outstanding and function as a well oiled machine. From the front desk receptionist Vanessa to the warehouse/shipping folks, GD is definitely a company that has a great deal of commitment and passion for delivering to or exceeding your expectations. We had tees and custom embroidered hats produced and could not have been more happy with the end product! Being the designer for the company I work for, the bar at which I set my expectations is very high, GD exceeded it, NOT only with the end product, but also with the Customer Service. Going to make this short and sweet. Stay away if you're a small brand (or only want minimum print). As a small "brand" you are placed in the back burner with this company, and it's obvious why ($$$). Oh, and Marcel (company employee) comes off as a "helpful" guy in the beginning but he's rude and definitely no help. I gave them 1 star because my first print job was OK but on the second order, I bounced around to different employees to get information about my order, which no one seemed to know or be any help. In addition, my order had so many errors (misprint, screen print came off after 1 wash). Not worth it! I ordered (3) masks, it took 16 days to receive in the mail from date of order. I am unimpressed with the masks, they were the 3 Pack - Adult - Bulk - Reusable, Washable, & Cotton. They are too small, I am an average male with a normal sized head, the masks are tight and will NOT work, I will give them away. Consider making them using elastic or more adjustable, what a waste of my time and money, they shipped from Chino, CA went all the way to Spokane, WA and back to Riverside, wth? The masks have no liner, it's like they took a t-shirt and cut it into a mask shape, poor quality considering what we are wearing them for. read more
