Progressive Graphics has the best customer service and helped me with my graduation stole! My stole was embroidered at another place called Cap World in Moreno Valley and they messed it up by not including the dot after the S in B.S. (do not go there, they have terrible customer service and do not fix their mistakes or refund). After trying to find a way to fix it, I came across progressive graphics and they were able to fix the stole and add another dot after the S (which is not an easy task to do and many other places weren't able to). They helped me out tremendously during such a stressful time and they worked within the time limit I had before getting my grad pictures taken. We have been using Progressive Graphics since 2008. It has been nice to see Jose and Sergio grow and expand their business to most of UCR and City of Riverside. We get our work shirts and sweatshirts from them and they silk screen our logo on the front and back of all the shirts. They have a great selection of vendors with color options, materials, and sizes and helped us redesign colors and logo placement as needed. Sergio is super nice and pretty flexible... I know that he always gave discounts to my big sis. But then she is also super nice and polite. I've like all the items I've had embroidered here, and I know that if they ever mess up on orders (never happened to me personally), they are quick to fix it. Progressive is less expensive than Joy's. However, the store is hard to find unless a friend tells you where to go. Also, it is small and kinda cramped, but I guess that doesn't really matter since most of what they do is behind the scenes manual work. I'd continue to go here to get letters made. read more

I've been to a good amount of embroidery places but Progressive has always been my favorite to get Greek Letters. The prices cannot be beat and the service is excellent. Even though it's an hour drive from me (without traffic), I'd much rather come here than the ones in my area. Service is very vital to retaining business with me. Sergio is very friendly and patient. My friend took THE LONGEST time trying to figure out what sweater color she wanted as well as what size letters, color and font. Sergio did not seem bothered by it and would answer all of her questions as well as gave her advice. I got 2 sets of letters done my first time around and I came back to make more because the quality surpassed my expectations. They also finished my order on time and made sure we were satisfied. I haven't gone back for a while now because I decided to check out places in my area, but I learned my lesson. I've gone to Progressive Graphics for a very long time. And as much as I try to find another embroidery company that is local to me, the quality is terrible and turn around rate is never promised. Anyway, I have worked with Sergio on different accounts, and he's always been so accommodating. Not that my orders are complex or anything, but I am so precise and although he's on the quieter, shy type, he questions my orders to clarify and confirm if they are correct. If you're new to the Greek scene and this is your first time buy a set of letters, I highly suggest going there in-person to customize your order. There are a lot of details to a set of letters. You do have the option to order through phone or online, which I don't recommend, because one of my orders have gone wrong, but it was not that bad in the end. Depending on the season, Install seasons or not, your order can be backed up to two weeks at tops. A week if you order in advance. All forms of payment is acceptable. I recently made a trip out there and the place is rebuilt now! Not to mention, they do have samples displayed in case you are ever curious about a size, font, or color. Service Horrible!!!!!!! I've ordered shirts from Jose and Sergio in the past and they were decent. My last order was incorrect however and i was given 20 extra xxl long sleeve shirts which i can do nothing with. My recent order i put in i paid my deposit to get the shirts started and come to find out a week later, nothing had been done at all. I was told that the company he deals with on ordering t Shirts had just informed him that they were out of the color we wanted. It left a real funny feeling with me. If he ordered the shirts then why didn't they tell him at the time of the order that they only had a few shirts and then why would he proceed to take my deposit? Once i told him go ahead with what you have and do my shirts and i will wait for the others when they come in. He said ok, i will have them done in a week. Guess what! nothing yet. I contacted Progressive Graphics and spoke with Jose. I emailed him what I needed and since I work in the area asked if I could come down and show him a sample of a team shirt used a previous year. He checked it out and made suggestions to come up with a quality, affordable shirt. I explained that a previous vendor had not followed through so I was dealing with shorter time constraints. He showed me colors that he could work with to keep it reasonable and got the order processed right away. Order was promised within a week. He emailed me a mock as promised and once confirmed the shirts were ready as promised. Oh how I wish I had known about this place sooner. I expected more from Progressive. Normally I go to Joy's to get my letters made and this time I thought I would try out Progressive because Joy's did not have the colored sweaters I needed in stock and I also needed to make some shirts. I left Progressive with them guaranteeing me that my order would be finished by TODAY 4/15. Not to mention I called in a couple times during the week to check on the progress of my order and they insisted that it would all be done on time. Today I get a call from Jose and he tells me that only TWO of my EIGHT items were done. That is unacceptable. I understand that they may be busy but it is unacceptable to give the customer a guarantee when they are obviously not going to be able to meet the deadline. ALSO this is not the first time that this has happened. My sorority frequently orders with Progressive and sometimes they also do not meet the deadline and we are put in an awkward position. The only good thing is that they offered to refund me my money for a set of letters that I needed by today and they offered to make the letters on a different colored sweatshirt for free. They, hands down, have the best costumer service. I started a project to do backpacks with them in August and the original plan was that they purchase from American Apparel directly to them and do our screen print design on them. There were complications from American Apparel so the backpacks fell through. The owner was very patient with me, helping me find other options/methods of backpacks. We finally settled on a backpack we found on Amazon. No surprise, another problem occurred and there was a 20 limit per costumer, however I needed 103. The owner said he'll take care of it so I came back a week later and he was able purchase and complete 70/103 backpacks. He also has a few more coming in the mail. He said he made extra accounts to get around the 20 backpack limit. The fact that he went above and beyond to help me get the backpacks, but he did a wonderful job with screen printing our design. It was printed perfectly as I had described. Overall, he did a wonderful job. Great costumer service and I would definitely come back for future projects! he cares about the costumer, he makes sure its to your liking and he's very honest. One week later, I came to pick it up and it was embroidered at another place. I should've checked more thoroughly before I left.
