Ordered shirts for our shop last week & was told by RJ they'd be ready in 5 days. Called today the 8th day & spoke with Rj who informed me they couldn't find our logo we had sent to them while standing in their business over a week ago. My frustration is my shirts should have been done & ready & only was told about the logo when I called, unprofessional is an understatement! Then when I asked Rj why no one called me to say they needed the logo he got loud & said I was being disrespectful, how by questioning where my items were that you were paid for? This review is WAY over due but something I've been meaning to do since the first time I walked in this place! I walked in a few months back as a last minute desperate need for help! We were doing a walk for childhood cancer awareness in honor of my 6year old daughter. We wanted to get shirts made and already had a family friend working them a few weeks prior. Well needless to say that person left us hanging 1 week before the walk! Which btw he was making money on the shirts they weren't gonna be free (a better price than just going anywhere else BUT not free) so that wouldn't be a reason to leave us hanging! Anyways, I was looking around all over town but kept running into problem after problem everywhere because apparently her logo needed a special type of printing. Then I found Active Impressions! And omg I honestly feel that everything happened for a reason! Not only did the owner sit down and listen to my daughters story, he reassured me there was NO WAY these shirts weren't getting done! He went above and beyond and even gave me the shirts at cost because he said he truly believed in giving in order to receive and wanted to help with our walk! I couldn't believe some stranger wanted to help us out in such a big way! I instantly felt so humbled and filled with many emotions! They were also very nice and accommodating!
