Very kind employees and did a wonderful job on my items! Great quality! Highly recommend!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! As a new entrepreneur looking for a possible vendor, I happened upon this place and the guy seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and business like. I showed him a couple of images on my phone and they were squared as photos or photos like images will be on the phone, and I expressed him that I did not want that squared up look that picture frame type look and he assure me that it would be blended in to the shirts only had two shirts, two different designs. He told me 3 business days I waited five and I called him back this morning at 11:30. They said it would be they would be ready by 3:30. I waited until 415 and I called back. The Man asked me if I had if I could resend the image of one of the shirts that I want printed and I asked them what happened they were emailed to you both images. What happened to them? He claimed someone must have taken them and put it in their own personal file. He said one shirt was ready and the other file was misplaced or something and then asked me to hold on for a quick minute which I said fine! Had me on hold for 30 minutes I drove all the way 30 minutes to the to the business only for him to bring the shirts out and I'm still on hold when I walked in the store he brought the shirts out and they were squared and I asked him why were they squared and he told me that that's the only way that they can. That's the way they're gonna come out because that's the way the picture was and then we went back-and-forth and why would you tell me that it wouldn't be squared that it would be blended into the shirt so that it wouldn't look like that so .not only were they late ,but they're inconsistent first impression is last impression so beware this is active impressions. Beware there are entirely too many other businesses around that will treat you fairly. STAND CLEAR!! So for some ungodly reason, the manager or whoever he says he is decides to reply to my review in a manner in which it makes them look like the victim. Hmmmm.... I never spoke to this person once! Only the person that I placed the order with and there was absolutely no mention of any artist consulting or redesigning or anything of the sort! The person that took the order and the money answered all questions with reassurance that the shirts would not come out that way and how it's only square like that on the photo, but for sure would blend in the perimeter, and this was with confidence! As for phone attempts to re-request the file? What since would it make for me to not respond? I already paid! How did they get separate files that were sent together? They flat out lied, dropped the ball and what took so long to contact me if they are being truthful which they are not. And it is very easy to manufacture stories to your benefit when you are trying to protect your business, but right is right! I didn't even demand my money back which I should have, but these were strictly quality samples for me as I expressed in the beginning. This was an honest attempt to share a real business experience, but just a really bad taste in the mouth. A measly 64 dollars it cost to not ever do business here again. read more

Such an amazing and easy experience with Active Impressions! They helped quickly get our team banner designed and it was amazing along with getting our jerseys and hats done! Definitely will be returning next season read more

They missed their deadline for my order. Was told it would be done Thursday and was not ready. Then was told to come back Friday at noon. I gave them extra time picked up at 2pm and only half the order was ready. No call to notify me before driving out to pick up. Just not professional. Spoke with the owner and said it not their fault they're busy. read more

I can't say enough about the level of professionalism this business upholds, while treating every order as if it was the only one to be dealt with. Anytime there was a question, a problem, an order change...anything they were there to fix add or adjust whatever was needed. The orders were always on time if not ahead of schedule. They were helpful with everything always treating you like family and meeting you with a smile. Highly recommended and very much appreciated. read more

The crew at Active Impression's are amazing! We do a high school baseball tournament for our son that passed away in 2015. We struggled to find a good shop to take care of all our gear we sell to raise money for kids in the tournament. Active Impression's have been doing our screen printing for the last five years. There have been no issues and they're very caring and take care of whatever we need. Good people, i highly recommend them! read more

I called Active Impressions, emailed a picture of the shirt and they messaged me back letting me know they'll have it remade. When I picked it up they had thrown in an additional shirt. These guys are amazing. They have great prices and they have gone above and beyond for my theatre group. We usually make shirts for summer camp but our camp grew 3x this year. I called and they were able to get us shirts in time for our performance. It was such short notice I would have understood if they said no. But they never say no, they always find a way to help. This is my first time using this company. I am team mom for this season's spring baseball team. This company responds quickly and have an amazing turnaround time. We received our jerseys and hats 3 days before opening ceremonies. We had to add names and numbers. I dropped off the items on a Thursday and picked up on Friday. When I went to pick up the order was still being worked due to the volume from the league. They were so professional that they delivered the items to me that evening so I didnt have to make another trip back. We were very please with the quality and professionalism of Active Impressions. read more

Awesome printing! Fast and great design and production! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for banners, shirt printing or embroidery

Ordered shirts for our shop last week & was told by RJ they'd be ready in 5 days. Called today the 8th day & spoke with Rj who informed me they couldn't find our logo we had sent to them while standing in their business over a week ago. My frustration is my shirts should have been done & ready & only was told about the logo when I called, unprofessional is an understatement! Then when I asked Rj why no one called me to say they needed the logo he got loud & said I was being disrespectful, how by questioning where my items were that you were paid for? Would not recommend to anyone! read more

Had a couple of ideas in mind and RJ was able to bring my ideas to life. Great customer service and real good quality work! Turn around time is also exceptional Looking forward to more future projects with them :) read more

This review is WAY over due but something I've been meaning to do since the first time I walked in this place! I walked in a few months back as a last minute desperate need for help! We were doing a walk for childhood cancer awareness in honor of my 6year old daughter. We wanted to get shirts made and already had a family friend working them a few weeks prior. Well needless to say that person left us hanging 1 week before the walk! Which btw he was making money on the shirts they weren't gonna be free (a better price than just going anywhere else BUT not free) so that wouldn't be a reason to leave us hanging! Anyways, I was looking around all over town but kept running into problem after problem everywhere because apparently her logo needed a special type of printing. Then I found Active Impressions! And omg I honestly feel that everything happened for a reason! Not only did the owner sit down and listen to my daughters story, he reassured me there was NO WAY these shirts weren't getting done! He went above and beyond and even gave me the shirts at cost because he said he truly believed in giving in order to receive and wanted to help with our walk! I couldn't believe some stranger wanted to help us out in such a big way! I instantly felt so humbled and filled with many emotions! They were also very nice and accommodating! The shirts came out way better than I could've even imagined too! They were perfect and very good material! Not cheap what so ever even though he wasn't making money on them! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They are very good people and very deserving! read more
