I feel like the selection at this Riverside location was better than Rancho Cucamonga location. But I have noticed the last few times I have been here customer service is getting worse and worse. I went there today to get some fabric. When I went to the cutting table line there were about four customers ahead of me. The person at the cutting table looked up at me and said " the people in front of you will be helped and not me until after she takes her lunch". I then asked if there was someone else to work the table while she was on lunch. She very rudely replied "no". I said that's kind of ridiculous then she replied you can wait the thirty minutes. So I put my stuff back and left. I took this as them saying they don't want my business. The store manager should be ashamed with how the employees are treating customers. The store manager should also make sure that there are employees to cover each station while people are on break. That way it doesn't stop customers from being helped and buying things that they went there for. This all happened today 2/13/25 around 1 pm. This was the final straw for me not shopping there anymore. I will take my business to another Joann's. Or better yet one of their competitors
