Mission Galleria Riverside, CA…read more Date went 11/8/25 (Saturday) Time went 12:13pm (it was packed, and busier than I've seen it since my last two times I've came here) Atmosphere: I've been to 5 thrift/antiques stores in the Riverside/CA area in the past 2 days, and this one is by far the biggest and has the most to look at. There is literally something for everyone to buy in this 4 floor jammed packed store. Prices $ Mm this one is a bit tricky, while there are a lot of special pieces in this store I feel like there are some pieces that are overpriced (like fast fashion clothing items) juxtaposed to beloved and nostalgic beanie babies being priced for no more than $12.00 (which I expected the prices to be higher). So, honestly it's quite a hit and miss and dependent on your tastes. I'm not sure if this location haggles either as I have not purchased something from here yet. This is the only thing holding me back from eating it 5 stars. Worth it? I'd recommend this location to everyone honestly, even if it's just to kill time. My boyfriend and I spent around 3 hours in here easy, and I believed we may have met the owners (not sure) as well on the bottom floor organizing a display case. I can't remember the man's name, but I believe the woman's name was Jodi and they shared that they've been married for 30 years.

Roberts animal shelter. Which is amazing because I love animals and anything I could do to help animals is a must. This thrift store has a little bit of everything from clothing for men, women and kids. Electronics, music, movies and books. They also carry pet supplies furniture and kitchen items. I usually find some great items here. My husband and I are DVD collectors and we usually find some to add to our collection every time we go. The prices in the store are great. Not expensive at all. They always have some sort of promotion going on. They have what promotion is going on posted when you walk into the store. They also post it on their social media as well. I know every other Wednesday everything is half off. I know that on certain days of the week they have senior discount days. So they usually always have something going on. New Hope Thrift Store was on the to-do list today. We came in a little late as we only had an hour…read moreor so before closing (5pm on Saturdays). We were like 40 min out but I saw this place advertised on Social media - yes I try to confirm the hype. I am not sure if I would come back again. I don't like repeats if I don't feel welcomed. Maybe due to the fact we popped in an hour before closing-when we walked in, the person at the front counter, just glanced at us and quickly looked away. No smile at all, no "hello" or " welcome". When you drive 40 minutes out to check out a place, it would be nice to come into a welcoming environment at entry. I did like the selection of women's dresses and clothes. I did not have time to look at all the vinyls, but it seemed like they had a really good selection. A lot of DVDs, some cool VHS movies. They had this big closet of board games. It's a nice little spot. I wish they had more springtime goodies as that was my goal, to find Easter or springtime items. I guess for vintage, the prices can be on the fair side. My daughter wanted a couple stickers and I think that $1 dollar per sticker is a little bit high. I went to a place recently that gave you four stickers for $1, with a similar selection offered. They have a cute ring selection, $5.99 per ring. Actually, they have a really cute overall jewelry selection. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, a few watches and earrings. I really liked the jewelry section. I would probably take a trip to come out for more jewelry TBH. When it was time to purchase, the front counter person, seemed to spark up a personality, lol, so the ending wasn't too bad. After purchase, then I felt like a welcomed customer.
