I wanted to buy ribbon various color sizes and types. When I walked towards the back of the store to look at the ribbon, I was flabbergasted!!! my eyes open so wide my mouth dropped open. I had just stepped into ribbon heaven. I came away with maybe 20 different ribbons, maybe 5 yards each and $48 bill. Well worth it. I wanted various types to make ribbon book markers. Too much material stacked on too many rings on the curtain rod (see 2nd and 3rd picture). The seam on one of the sheers came apart and when I contacted the company that made them I never heard back. That entire project cost me $4,500 and took approximately 6 months until fully completed- however, not to my satisfaction. B & T Custom Draperies came to the rescue! They were reliable, punctual, responsive, and kept me informed about the status of my project at all times. Just within a few weeks they made stunning drapes for me out of a beautiful material I chose from their wide selection (see first picture). They even fixed the sheer with the lose seam at no additional cost. I wish I had found this company sooner. It would have saved me so much frustration and money. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for classy, high quality window decoration and outstanding customer service.

One day, I found some motivation, and as soon as I had one exchange with Jan, I knew she was going to take care of my grandmother's chair with the care it deserved. My understanding is that this business used to be much bigger and has since downsized as the owners work to semi-retire. Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. Oscar was very responsive via text. the staffs were all very helpful throughout the process. I would have given them 5-stars if I didn't have to be so nervous the last 2 days worrying they wouldn't make it.

Carlos came to my home and helped me choose the perfect fabrics and styles for my loveseat, couch (which is also a sleeper sofa), and headboard. He brought so many beautiful fabric options, and the process was truly enjoyable. We chose a beautiful royal soft blue for the couches and a creamy brown for the headboard, and everything came out AMAZING! Every time someone comes over, their face lights up and they ask, "Oh my God! Did you get new furniture?" I proudly tell them, "Nope! This is the same furniture I've had for over 30 years!" I decided to go old-school, just like my grandmothers and aunties used to do--reupholster quality furniture instead of throwing it away. I also love that this company has been around for so many years. My husband even remembered that his mother had work done by this same company years ago! The delivery team was also outstanding. They were professional, careful, and respectful of my home. They removed the furniture without damaging anything and returned everything beautifully, putting it all back exactly where it belonged.
