I would give 0 stars if I could. The inside of the cabinets are cheap particle board. Like the crap from home depot. The cabinet faces are cheap and the clear finish is horrible. I had a mantel made by them as well. It is junk. I cant even put photos on it. The drawer faces come off and break. Honestly I could have done better myself. It took so long to get finished. They said cause they were putting the finish on the doors. I expected it to be better. The finish doesn't even protect from water. It is so cheap. Alex is a distant cousin to my husband. So sad they take advantage of ppl and give horrible quality work. They said my cabinet would be real wood. Not this crap!! Do NOT go with them if you want your cabinet to last more that a couple years!! read more

I met with Alex on June 15, 2018. He came to my home and I told him what I wanted in terms of kitchen design. A need for a sink cabinet, counter tops, countertop base and some cabinets upper and lower. He disagreed with most of my ideas. I give him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to hire him. STAY AWAY! I had Alex do some cabinet work for me and his prices seemed okay. On the first day of the job, he didn't show up, then he only offered excuses on why he wasn't there. He never showed up at the times he said he would or be on time. I asked for a few changes and he made it seem like it was no big deal and he completed the job. Then he gave me a new bill with huge increases in the price, never letting me know the final price until after the job was complete. When I told him that I would pay according to our original contract but I wouldn't pay him the inflated prices, he sued me. Keep clear or he will rip you off for as much money as he can. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Alex was subcontracted to work on our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were not made to our specifications . There were many issues but here are a few- The cabinets were all different colors of wood, grains going different ways, shelves moved in cabinets, he gave us three shelves where there was to be two. He blamed us and the contractor for everything! He accepted no responsibility! He returned stating that he was doing the contractor a favor. Even then he did not complete the job! No!! Alex is horribly unprofessional, dishonest, does poor work, and is so late with everything he promises. He did our kitchen in spring of 2017, started the bid friendly and jovially, working with us to get a good plan laid out, and promised us it would be completed before we moved in. He didn't even begin building the cabinets until after we moved in, blaming it on "his guys in the shop". Once he finally began installing, we thought it would get finished, but instead, he installed 2 cabinets and left, only to return days later with a few more. This went on and on. He used old, dusty drawer slides, cabinet and drawer fronts that were dinged and poor quality, and blatantly lied to me and my husband, telling us completely different stories about why he wouldn't be able to paint the cupboards for weeks after he FINALLY completed installation ("special paint", only available in LA that takes weeks to mix...??). We hired someone else who did a great job painting and had it done in 2 days. My kitchen was not built to the specifications that he, himself, drew up, and the quality is terrible, but we payed him just so we could be finished with him. We have since found out that he has huge outstanding debts with construction and countertop companies and that he does not have worker's comp insurance for his employees. Steer clear of Alex and spend your money on one of the other reliable businesses in the area. read more

I would give Alex minus 5 stars if I could! My husband & I own a granite fabrication shop, we did work for him and he never paid us. His voice message always says he's in a project meeting! I even threatened him with a certified letter and we did not hear a thing back from him. Were pretty trusting so he sure taught us a lesson! He owes us $2800.00. SO HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!! read more

Alex the owner was a sub contractor on our kitchen remodel. Extremely disappointed in the whole process. He seemed very professional and personable at our first meeting. Took all the measurements and was going to put together a drawing of the kitchen. Took longer than he said it was going to take. We met with him and our contractor a month before the job was supposed to start so he could get the cabinets built. He didn't even start the cabinets until after they were supposed to be installed Our contractor was furious. He would bring a couple cabinets and doors at a time. Then it got down to a couple doors at a time. In the middle of the installation Alex nicely hit me up for some money. Like a dummy I wrote him a check for some cash. We also contracted with Alex to do some built in seating in a nook in our kitchen. We gave him half down to cover materials. He kept stringing us along on that. We made it very clear we had a deadline on those due to family coming into town. Two weeks after they were supposed to be installed we found out he hadn't even started them yet. So we canceled the order and now I have to try and get our deposit back. Alex is very good at over promising and under delivering. It was basically one lie after another to us and our contractor. I would not recommend MOR cabinets to any body needing new cabinets. To much stress and drama added to a already stressful situation of having your house torn up for a remodel. If I could give mor cabinets a zero rating I would. read more
